וְעָלִ֙יתָ֙ כַּשֹּׁאָ֣ה תָב֔וֹא כֶּעָנָ֛ן לְכַסּ֥וֹת הָאָ֖רֶץ תִּֽהְיֶ֑ה אַתָּה֙ וְכָל־ אֲגַפֶּ֔יךָ וְעַמִּ֥ים רַבִּ֖ים אוֹתָֽךְ׃

וַיֹּ֨אמֶר יִפְתָּ֜ח אֶל־ זִקְנֵ֣י גִלְעָ֗ד אִם־ מְשִׁיבִ֨ים אַתֶּ֤ם אוֹתִי֙ לְהִלָּחֵם֙ בִּבְנֵ֣י עַמּ֔וֹן וְנָתַ֧ן יְהוָ֛ה אוֹתָ֖ם לְפָנָ֑י אָנֹכִ֕י אֶהְיֶ֥ה לָכֶ֖ם לְרֹֽאשׁ׃

And the LORD shewed signs and wonders, great and sore, upon Egypt, upon Pharaoh, and upon all his household, before our eyes:

The twelfth to Hashabiah, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:

He fashioneth their hearts alike; he considereth all their works.

Shall any teach God knowledge? seeing he judgeth those that are high.

בְּיוֹמוֹ֩ תִתֵּ֨ן שְׂכָר֜וֹ וְֽלֹא־ תָב֧וֹא עָלָ֣יו הַשֶּׁ֗מֶשׁ כִּ֤י עָנִי֙ ה֔וּא וְאֵלָ֕יו ה֥וּא נֹשֵׂ֖א אֶת־ נַפְשׁ֑וֹ וְלֹֽא־ יִקְרָ֤א עָלֶ֙יךָ֙ אֶל־ יְהוָ֔ה וְהָיָ֥ה בְךָ֖...

וַיֹּֽאמְר֨וּ זִקְנֵ֣י הָעֵדָ֔ה מַה־ נַּעֲשֶׂ֥ה לַנּוֹתָרִ֖ים לְנָשִׁ֑ים כִּֽי־ נִשְׁמְדָ֥ה מִבִּנְיָמִ֖ן אִשָּֽׁה׃

Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee.

neshat tamo dudhitaM rocata dyaur ud devyaa uSaso bhaanur arta

aa hotaa mandro vidathaany asthaat satyo yajvaa kavitamaH sa vedhaaH

Lift not up your horn on high: speak not with a stiff neck.

Then shall I not be ashamed, when I have respect unto all thy commandments.
