Thus Edom refused to give Israel passage through his border: wherefore Israel turned away from him.

And at Taberah, and at Massah, and at Kibrothhattaavah, ye provoked the LORD to wrath.

For these things were done, that the scripture should be fulfilled, A bone of him shall not be broken.

Ye have multiplied your slain in this city, and ye have filled the streets thereof with the slain.

ק֣וּמוּ סְּע֗וּ וְעִבְרוּ֮ אֶת־ נַ֣חַל אַרְנֹן֒ רְאֵ֣ה נָתַ֣תִּי בְ֠יָדְךָ אֶת־ סִיחֹ֨ן מֶֽלֶךְ־ חֶשְׁבּ֧וֹן הֽ͏ָאֱמֹרִ֛י וְאֶת־ אַרְצ֖וֹ הָחֵ֣ל רָ֑שׁ וְהִתְגָּ֥ר בּ֖וֹ מִלְחָמָֽה׃

οὐαὶ ὑμῖν τοῖς νομικοῖς, ὅτι ἤρατε τὴν κλεῖδα τῆς γνώσεως· αὐτοὶ οὐκ εἰσήλθατε καὶ τοὺς εἰσερχομένους ἐκωλύσατε.

הִ֠נְנִי עַֽל־ נִבְּאֵ֞י חֲלֹמ֥וֹת שֶׁ֙קֶר֙ נְאֻם־ יְהוָ֔ה וַֽיְסַפְּרוּם֙ וַיַּתְע֣וּ אֶת־ עַמִּ֔י בְּשִׁקְרֵיהֶ֖ם וּבְפַחֲזוּתָ֑ם וְאָנֹכִ֨י לֹֽא־ שְׁלַחְתִּ֜ים וְלֹ֣א צִוִּית...
