יוֹמָ֗ם הַשֶּׁ֥מֶשׁ לֹֽא־ יַכֶּ֗כָּה וְיָרֵ֥חַ בַּלָּֽיְלָה׃

יַסַּ֣ע קָ֭דִים בַּשָּׁמָ֑יִם וַיְנַהֵ֖ג בְּעֻזּ֣וֹ תֵימָֽן׃

הוֹן־ וָעֹ֥שֶׁר בְּבֵית֑וֹ וְ֝צִדְקָת֗וֹ עֹמֶ֥דֶת לָעַֽד׃

שִׂפְתֵ֣י חֲ֭כָמִים יְזָ֣רוּ דָ֑עַת וְלֵ֖ב כְּסִילִ֣ים לֹא־ כֵֽן׃

וַיָּ֧חֶל שְׂעַר־ רֹאשׁ֛וֹ לְצַמֵּ֖חַ כַּאֲשֶׁ֥ר גֻּלָּֽח׃

נֻ֖סוּ מַלְּט֣וּ נַפְשְׁכֶ֑ם וְתִֽהְיֶ֔ינָה כַּעֲרוֹעֵ֖ר בַּמִּדְבָּֽר׃

τὸν δʼ ὡς οὖν ἐνόησʼ Εὐαίμονος ἀγλαὸς υἱὸς

That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth.

δῶκε δʼ ἄγειν ἑτάροισιν ὑπερθύμοισι γυναῖκα

Wherefore should the heathen say, Where is now their God?

μίμνον ἐπερχόμενον μέγαν Ἄσιον οὐδὲ φέβοντο.

I am the LORD, your Holy One, the creator of Israel, your King.

tasmai somo adhi bravat tasmaa u brahmaNas patiH

τοῦ καὶ κινυμένοιο Διὸς κατὰ χαλκοβατὲς δῶ

ἔλεγεν γὰρ αὐτῷ· Ἔξελθε τὸ πνεῦμα τὸ ἀκάθαρτον ἐκ τοῦ ἀνθρώπου.

aadartaa vajraM sthaviraM na bhiima udneva koshaM vasunaa nyR\STam

vishve devaa anv amanyanta hRdbhiH sam u shriyaa naasatyaa sacethe

ὣς φάθʼ, ὃ δʼ ἐν χερσὶ σκῆπτρον λάβε καί οἱ ὄμοσσεν·

الَّذِينَ يُكَذِّبُونَ بِيَوْمِ الدِّينِ

So, as much as in me is, I am ready to preach the gospel to you that are at Rome also.
