הִשָּׁ֣מֶר לְךָ֔ פֶּֽן־ תַּעֲלֶ֖ה עֹלֹתֶ֑יךָ בְּכָל־ מָק֖וֹם אֲשֶׁ֥ר תִּרְאֶֽה׃

כִּ֣י כֶ֭חָצִיר מְהֵרָ֣ה יִמָּ֑לוּ וּכְיֶ֥רֶק דֶּ֝֗שֶׁא יִבּוֹלֽוּן׃

לֹֽא־ הִנִּ֣יחַ אָדָ֣ם לְעָשְׁקָ֑ם וַיּ֖וֹכַח עֲלֵיהֶ֣ם מְלָכִֽים׃

מִתּ֣וֹךְ וּ֖מֵחָמָס יִגְאַ֣ל נַפְשָׁ֑ם וְיֵיקַ֖ר דָּמָ֣ם בְּעֵינָֽיו׃

In the four and twentieth day of the sixth month, in the second year of Darius the king.

indro maghaani dayate viSahyendraM vaajasya johuvanta saatau

وَإِذَا حُشِرَ النَّاسُ كَانُوا لَهُمْ أَعْدَاءً وَكَانُوا بِعِبَادَتِهِمْ كَافِرِينَ

The face of the LORD is against them that do evil, to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth.

dhruvam ayaa dhruvam utaashamiSThaaH prajaanan vidvaaM+ upa yaahi somam

raajaa sindhuunaam pavate patir diva Rtasya yaati pathibhiH kanikradat

shuci ghRtaM na taptam aghnyaayaa spaarhaa devasya maM+haneva dhenoH

shaM naH satyasya patayo bhavantu shaM no arvantaH sham u santu gaavaH

To hear the groaning of the prisoner; to loose those that are appointed to death;

vardhantiim aapaH panvaa sushishvim Rtasya yonaa garbhe sujaatam

And Reu lived two and thirty years, and begat Serug:

ἢ προτέρω Διὸς υἱὸν ἐριγδούποιο διώκοι,

وَإِذْ قُلْنَا لِلْمَلَائِكَةِ اسْجُدُوا لِآدَمَ فَسَجَدُوا إِلَّا إِبْلِيسَ قَالَ أَأَسْجُدُ لِمَنْ خَلَقْتَ طِينًا

The trees of the LORD are full of sap; the cedars of Lebanon, which he hath planted;

But to the saints that are in the earth, and to the excellent, in whom is all my delight.

asmabhyam indav indrayur madhvaH pavasva dhaarayaa

وَمَا أَنْتُمْ بِمُعْجِزِينَ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَمَا لَكُمْ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ مِنْ وَلِيٍّ وَلَا نَصِيرٍ

Therefore in the resurrection whose wife shall she be of the seven? for they all had her.
