הִנֵּה־ נָ֭א פָּתַ֣חְתִּי פִ֑י דִּבְּרָ֖ה לְשׁוֹנִ֣י בְחִכִּֽי׃

וַיִּהְי֣וּ יְמֵי־ תֶ֔רַח חָמֵ֥שׁ שָׁנִ֖ים וּמָאתַ֣יִם שָׁנָ֑ה וַיָּ֥מָת תֶּ֖רַח בְּחָרָֽן׃

And for the sides of the tabernacle westward thou shalt make six boards.

These things speak, and exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no man despise thee.

ayaM kakSiivato maho vi vo made matiM viprasya vardhayad vivakSase

إِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ يَفْصِلُ بَيْنَهُمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فِيمَا كَانُوا فِيهِ يَخْتَلِفُونَ

And David lamented with this lamentation over Saul and over Jonathan his son:

διὰ τοῦτο ἐν ὑμῖν πολλοὶ ἀσθενεῖς καὶ ἄρρωστοι καὶ κοιμῶνται ἱκανοί.

In the mouth of the foolish is a rod of pride: but the lips of the wise shall preserve them.

Gebal, and Ammon, and Amalek; the Philistines with the inhabitants of Tyre;

tve kratum api vR~njanti vishve dvir yad ete trir bhavanty uumaaH

I have remembered thy name, O LORD, in the night, and have kept thy law.

Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.

جَنَّاتُ عَدْنٍ يَدْخُلُونَهَا تَجْرِي مِنْ تَحْتِهَا الْأَنْهَارُ لَهُمْ فِيهَا مَا يَشَاءُونَ كَذَلِكَ يَجْزِي اللَّهُ الْمُتَّقِينَ

vRNakti tigmaam ataseSu jihvaaM sthiraa cid annaa dayate vi jambhaiH

जरामरणमोक्षाय मामाश्रित्य यतन्ति ये । ते ब्रह्म तद्विदुः कृत्स्नमध्यात्मं कर्म चाखिलम्

And Adam called his wife’s name Eve; because she was the mother of all living.

οἱ δὲ πορευθέντες ἠσφαλίσαντο τὸν τάφον σφραγίσαντες τὸν λίθον μετὰ τῆς κουστωδίας.

kaa raadhad dhotraashvinaa vaaM ko vaaM joSa ubhayoH

لِيَجْزِيَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ أُولَئِكَ لَهُمْ مَغْفِرَةٌ وَرِزْقٌ كَرِيمٌ

Ye shall not fear them: for the LORD your God he shall fight for you.

naayam achaa maghavaa shRNavad giro brahmokthaa ca sukratuH

Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.
