מִגְדַּל־ עֹ֭ז שֵׁ֣ם יְהוָ֑ה בּֽוֹ־ יָר֖וּץ צַדִּ֣יק וְנִשְׂגָּֽב׃

כָּֽל־ דֶּרֶךְ־ אִ֭ישׁ יָשָׁ֣ר בְּעֵינָ֑יו וְתֹכֵ֖ן לִבּ֣וֹת יְהוָֽה׃

And Hezron begat Ram, and Ram begat Amminadab,

stotur duroNe subhagasya revat sRpraa karasnaa dadhiSe vapuuMSi

adha dyaush cit te apa saa nu vajraad dvitaanamad bhiyasaa svasya manyoH

أَمَّنْ هَذَا الَّذِي هُوَ جُنْدٌ لَكُمْ يَنْصُرُكُمْ مِنْ دُونِ الرَّحْمَنِ إِنِ الْكَافِرُونَ إِلَّا فِي غُرُورٍ

puraagne duritebhyaH puraa mRdhrebhyaH kave

But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

Blessed are they that keep judgment, and he that doeth righteousness at all times.

kim bhraataasad yad anaatham bhavaati kim u svasaa yan nirRtir nigachaat

A voice of noise from the city, a voice from the temple, a voice of the LORD that rendereth recompence to his enemies.

Male and female created he them; and blessed them, and called their name Adam, in the day when they were created.

قُلْ يَا قَوْمِ اعْمَلُوا عَلَى مَكَانَتِكُمْ إِنِّي عَامِلٌ فَسَوْفَ تَعْلَمُونَ مَنْ تَكُونُ لَهُ عَاقِبَةُ الدَّارِ إِنَّهُ لَا يُفْلِحُ الظَّالِمُونَ

He hath delivered my soul in peace from the battle that was against me: for there were many with me.

agniM hotaaram manye daasvantaM vasuM suunuM sahaso jaatavedasaM vipraM na jaatavedasam

vaamam pitRbhyo ya idaM samerire mayaH patibhyo janayaH pariSvaje

وَلَقَدْ خَلَقْنَاكُمْ ثُمَّ صَوَّرْنَاكُمْ ثُمَّ قُلْنَا لِلْمَلَائِكَةِ اسْجُدُوا لِآدَمَ فَسَجَدُوا إِلَّا إِبْلِيسَ لَمْ يَكُنْ مِنَ السَّاجِدِينَ

οὐδὲ γὰρ ὁ πατὴρ κρίνει οὐδένα, ἀλλὰ τὴν κρίσιν πᾶσαν δέδωκεν τῷ υἱῷ,

Moreover they that work in fine flax, and they that weave networks, shall be confounded.

shRNotu no damyebhir aniikaiH shRNotv agnir divyair ajasraH

ud u Sya devaH savitaa hiraNyayaa baahuu ayaMsta savanaaya sukratuH

The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork.
