יְהִ֤י כְב֣וֹד יְהוָ֣ה לְעוֹלָ֑ם יִשְׂמַ֖ח יְהוָ֣ה בְּמַעֲשָֽׂיו׃

כִּֽי־ עַ֭תָּה שָׁכַ֣בְתִּי וְאֶשְׁק֑וֹט יָ֝שַׁ֗נְתִּי אָ֤ז ׀ יָנ֬וּחַֽ לִֽי׃

כִּי־ רָ֣ם יְ֭הוָה וְשָׁפָ֣ל יִרְאֶ֑ה וְ֝גָבֹ֗הַּ מִמֶּרְחָ֥ק יְיֵדָֽע׃

οἴδατε γὰρ τίνας παραγγελίας ἐδώκαμεν ὑμῖν διὰ τοῦ κυρίου Ἰησοῦ.

eto nv a\dya sudhyo\ bhavaama pra duchunaa minavaamaa variiyaH

devo bhagaH savitaa raayo aM+sha indro vRtrasya saMjito dhanaanaam

κατὰ πρεσβυτέρου κατηγορίαν μὴ παραδέχου, ἐκτὸς εἰ μὴ ἐπὶ δύο ἢ τριῶν μαρτύρων·

yuvaM shaciibhir vimadaaya jaayaaM ny uuaa\hathuH purumitrasya yoSaam

But that it spread no further among the people, let us straitly threaten them, that they speak henceforth to no man in this name.

وَإِمَّا تَخَافَنَّ مِنْ قَوْمٍ خِيَانَةً فَانْبِذْ إِلَيْهِمْ عَلَى سَوَاءٍ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ الْخَائِنِينَ

Thus will I make mount Seir most desolate, and cut off from it him that passeth out and him that returneth.

And they that passed by reviled him, wagging their heads,

aatmanvan nabho duhyate ghRtam paya Rtasya naabhir amRtaM vi jaayate

That ye may approve things that are excellent; that ye may be sincere and without offence till the day of Christ.

And if ye offer a sacrifice of peace offerings unto the LORD, ye shall offer it at your own will.

ayaM su tubhyaM varuNa svadhaavo hRdi stoma upashritash cid astu

Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only.

καὶ ὁ πέμψας με μετʼ ἐμοῦ ἐστιν· οὐκ ἀφῆκέν με ⸀μόνον, ὅτι ἐγὼ τὰ ἀρεστὰ αὐτῷ ποιῶ πάντοτε.

He shall flee from the iron weapon, and the bow of steel shall strike him through.

And ye shall chase your enemies, and they shall fall before you by the sword.
