הֲתִתֵּ֣ן לַסּ֣וּס גְּבוּרָ֑ה הֲתַלְבִּ֖ישׁ צַוָּאר֣וֹ רַעְמָֽה׃

הִנֵּ֥ה צְרַפְתִּ֖יךָ וְלֹ֣א בְכָ֑סֶף בְּחַרְתִּ֖יךָ בְּכ֥וּר עֹֽנִי׃

אַל־ תִּֽהְיֵה־ לִ֖י לִמְחִתָּ֑ה מֽ͏ַחֲסִי־ אַ֖תָּה בְּי֥וֹם רָעָֽה׃

shubham pRkSam iSam uurjaM vahantaa hotaa yakSat pratno adhrug yuvaanaa

agnir iishe bRhato adhvarasyaagnir vishvasya haviSaH kRtasya

ἑπτὰ ἀδελφοὶ ἦσαν· καὶ ὁ πρῶτος ἔλαβεν γυναῖκα, καὶ ἀποθνῄσκων οὐκ ἀφῆκεν σπέρμα·

satyaam aashiSaM kRNutaa vayodhai kiiriM cid dhy avatha svebhir evaiH

pra shardhaaya prayajyave sukhaadaye tavase bhandadiSTaye dhunivrataaya shavase

Because of his strength will I wait upon thee: for God is my defence.

tvayaa hitam apyam apsu bhaagaM dhanvaanv aa mRgayaso vi tasthuH
