פְּקֻדֵיהֶ֖ם לְמַטֵּ֣ה דָ֑ן שְׁנַ֧יִם וְשִׁשִּׁ֛ים אֶ֖לֶף וּשְׁבַ֥ע מֵאֽוֹת׃

יַקְנִאֻ֖הוּ בְּזָרִ֑ים בְּתוֹעֵבֹ֖ת יַכְעִיסֻֽהוּ׃

בְּנֵי־ יַעְלָ֥א בְנֵי־ דַרְק֖וֹן בְּנֵ֥י גִדֵּֽל׃

אַיֵּ֤ה מֶֽלֶךְ־ חֲמָת֙ וּמֶ֣לֶךְ אַרְפָּ֔ד וּמֶ֖לֶךְ לָעִ֣יר סְפַרְוָ֑יִם הֵנַ֖ע וְעִוָּֽה׃

indra yac citraM shravasyaa anu dyuun bRhad vadema vidathe suviiraaH

And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.

taM tvaa giirbhir girvaNasaM draviNasyuM draviNodaH

And when this cometh to pass, (lo, it will come,) then shall they know that a prophet hath been among them.

indra yac citraM shravasyaa anu dyuun bRhad vadema vidathe suviiraaH

indraH sushipro maghavaa tarutro mahaavraatas tuvikuurmir Rghaavaan

And the children of Israel stripped themselves of their ornaments by the mount Horeb.

Then answered one of the lawyers, and said unto him, Master, thus saying thou reproachest us also.

And it came to pass when we came up unto thy servant my father, we told him the words of my lord.

وَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ ابْيَضَّتْ وُجُوهُهُمْ فَفِي رَحْمَةِ اللَّهِ هُمْ فِيهَا خَالِدُونَ

Moreover thou shalt say unto them, Thus saith the LORD; Shall they fall, and not arise? shall he turn away, and not return?

καὶ ζητοῦντες αὐτὸν κρατῆσαι ἐφοβήθησαν τοὺς ὄχλους, ⸂ἐπεὶ εἰς⸃ προφήτην αὐτὸν εἶχον.

Wisdom is good with an inheritance: and by it there is profit to them that see the sun.

καὶ ὅτε ἐγένετο ἐτῶν δώδεκα, ⸀ἀναβαινόντων ⸀αὐτῶν κατὰ τὸ ἔθος τῆς ἑορτῆς

ahaM dasyubhyaH pari nRmNam aa dade gotraa shikSan dadhiice maatarishvane

tuuyam aa te harayaH pra dravantu yebhir yaasi vRSabhir mandamaanaH

प्रशान्तमनसं ह्येनं योगिनं सुखमुत्तमम् । उपैति शान्तरजसं ब्रह्मभूतमकल्मषम्
