יְ֭הוָה בְּצִיּ֣וֹן גָּד֑וֹל וְרָ֥ם ה֝֗וּא עַל־ כָּל־ הָֽעַמִּֽים׃

בְּ֭רִית כָּרַ֣תִּי לְעֵינָ֑י וּמָ֥ה אֶ֝תְבּוֹנֵ֗ן עַל־ בְּתוּלָֽה׃

וְהָרִֽצְפָה֙ אֶל־ כֶּ֣תֶף הַשְּׁעָרִ֔ים לְעֻמַּ֖ת אֹ֣רֶךְ הַשְּׁעָרִ֑ים הָרִֽצְפָ֖ה הַתַּחְתּוֹנָֽה׃

בֶּן־ ציף צוּף֙ בֶּן־ אֶלְקָנָ֔ה בֶּן־ מַ֖חַת בֶּן־ עֲמָשָֽׂי׃

vishvasya hi shruSTaye deva uurdhvaH pra baahavaa pRthupaaNiH sisarti

Of old hast thou laid the foundation of the earth: and the heavens are the work of thy hands.

vy a\ndho akhyad ahim aadadaano nir bhuud ukhachit sam aranta parva

Better is the poor that walketh in his integrity, than he that is perverse in his lips, and is a fool.

And thou shalt make upon the breastplate chains at the ends of wreathen work of pure gold.

urugavyuutir abhayaani kRNvan samiiciine aa pavasvaa puraMdhii

hariM hi yonim abhi ye samasvaran hinvanto harii divyaM yathaa sadaH

prabhartaa rathaM daashuSa upaaka udyantaa giro yadi ca tmanaa bhuut

vishvam eko abhi caSTe shaciibhir dhraajir ekasya dadRshe na ruupam

To Obededom southward; and to his sons the house of Asuppim.

prati vaaM suura udite vidhema namobhir mitraavaruNota havyaiH

arcatryo\ maghavaa nRbhya ukthair dyukSo raajaa giraam akSitotiH

I will praise thee, O LORD, with my whole heart; I will shew forth all thy marvellous works.

For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.

For thy lovingkindness is before mine eyes: and I have walked in thy truth.

Receive my instruction, and not silver; and knowledge rather than choice gold.

vishvaasu vikSv a\viteva havyo bhuvad vastur RSuuNaam

When thou sittest to eat with a ruler, consider diligently what is before thee:

I have put off my coat; how shall I put it on? I have washed my feet; how shall I defile them?
