וַיַּ֧עַשׂ הַמֶּ֛לֶךְ כִּסֵּא־ שֵׁ֖ן גָּד֑וֹל וַיְצַפֵּ֖הוּ זָהָ֥ב מוּפָֽז׃

וְשִׂפַּ֣ח אֲדֹנָ֔י קָדְקֹ֖ד בְּנ֣וֹת צִיּ֑וֹן וַיהוָ֖ה פָּתְהֵ֥ן יְעָרֶֽה׃

אָר֕וּר שֹׁכֵ֖ב עִם־ חֹֽתַנְתּ֑וֹ וְאָמַ֥ר כָּל־ הָעָ֖ם אָמֵֽן׃

בִּשְׁנַת־ מ֖וֹת הַמֶּ֣לֶךְ אָחָ֑ז הָיָ֖ה הַמַּשָּׂ֥א הַזֶּֽה׃

כִּי־ אֵ֭פֶר כַּלֶּ֣חֶם אָכָ֑לְתִּי וְ֝שִׁקֻּוַ֗י בִּבְכִ֥י מָסָֽכְתִּי׃

וַיְהִ֕י מִקְצֵ֖ה שְׁלֹ֣שֶׁת יָמִ֑ים וַיַּעַבְר֥וּ הַשֹּׁטְרִ֖ים בְּקֶ֥רֶב הַֽמַּחֲנֶֽה׃

טָמ֣וּן בָּאָ֣רֶץ חַבְל֑וֹ וּ֝מַלְכֻּדְתּ֗וֹ עֲלֵ֣י נָתִֽיב׃

bhejaanaaso bRhaddivasya raaya aakaayya\sya daavane purukSoH

The steps of his strength shall be straitened, and his own counsel shall cast him down.

utaashvinaav abharad yat tad aasiid ajahaad u dvaa mithunaa saraNyuuH

That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

kaviM shashaasuH kavayo .adabdhaa nidhaarayanto duryaasv aayoH

Thou hast also given me the shield of thy salvation: and thy gentleness hath made me great.

taM tvaa devebhyo madhumattamaM naraH sahasradhaaraM duhate dasha kSipaH

upo rayir devajuuto na etu pra Na spaarhaabhir uutibhis tiretam

And it was so from that day forward, that he made it a statute and an ordinance for Israel unto this day.

uurdhvo graavaa vasavo .astu sotari vishvaa dveSaaMsi sanutar yuyota

ushatiir dvaaro mahinaa mahadbhir devaM rathaM rathayur dhaarayadhvam

muurdhaa naabhaa soma vena aabhuuSantiiH soma vedaH

وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ لَنُكَفِّرَنَّ عَنْهُمْ سَيِّئَاتِهِمْ وَلَنَجْزِيَنَّهُمْ أَحْسَنَ الَّذِي كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ

And they were all amazed, and were in doubt, saying one to another, What meaneth this?

And they were not able to resist the wisdom and the spirit by which he spake.

LORD, how long shall the wicked, how long shall the wicked triumph?
