בַּשְּׁפֵלָ֑ה אֶשְׁתָּא֥וֹל וְצָרְעָ֖ה וְאַשְׁנָֽה׃

עֹבֵ֣ד אַ֭דְמָתוֹ יִֽשְׂבַּֽע־ לָ֑חֶם וּמְרַדֵּ֥ף רֵ֝קִ֗ים יִֽשְׂבַּֽע־ רִֽישׁ׃

וְרֹ֣חַב הֶֽחָצֵ֗ר לִפְאַ֛ת קֵ֥דְמָה מִזְרָ֖חָה חֲמִשִּׁ֥ים אַמָּֽה׃

וּשְׁמַרְתֶּ֖ם אֶת־ הַדָּבָ֣ר הַזֶּ֑ה לְחָק־ לְךָ֥ וּלְבָנֶ֖יךָ עַד־ עוֹלָֽם׃

ὁ τρώγων μου τὴν σάρκα καὶ πίνων μου τὸ αἷμα ἐν ἐμοὶ μένει κἀγὼ ἐν αὐτῷ.

aa nimrucaH shakRd eko apaabharat kiM svit putrebhyaH pitaraa upaavatuH

यज्ञे तपसि दाने च स्थितिः सदिति चोच्यते । कर्म चैव तदर्थीयं सदित्येवाभिधीयते

stuSe janaM suvrataM navyasiibhir giirbhir mitraavaruNaa sumnayantaa

Nevertheless my lovingkindness will I not utterly take from him, nor suffer my faithfulness to fail.

bRhaspate ati yad aryo arhaad dyumad vibhaati kratumaj janeSu

abhi taSTeva diidhayaa maniiSaam atyo na vaajii sudhuro jihaanaH
