נָאו֤וּ לְחָיַ֙יִךְ֙ בַּתֹּרִ֔ים צַוָּארֵ֖ךְ בַּחֲרוּזִֽים׃

הֲשָׁכַ֣ח חַנּ֣וֹת אֵ֑ל אִם־ קָפַ֥ץ בְּ֝אַ֗ף רַחֲמָ֥יו סֶֽלָה׃

וְאִם־ גָּנֹ֥ב יִגָּנֵ֖ב מֵעִמּ֑וֹ יְשַׁלֵּ֖ם לִבְעָלָֽיו׃

וַיַּ֖עַשׂ הָרָ֑ע כִּ֣י לֹ֤א הֵכִין֙ לִבּ֔וֹ לִדְר֖וֹשׁ אֶת־ יְהוָֽה׃

כִּ֭י אָכַ֣ל אֶֽת־ יַעֲקֹ֑ב וְֽאֶת־ נָוֵ֥הוּ הֵשַֽׁמּוּ׃

यस्त्विन्द्रियाणि मनसा नियम्यारभतेऽर्जुन । कर्मेन्द्रियैः कर्मयोगमसक्तः स विशिष्यते

Καὶ ἐγγὺς ἦν τὸ πάσχα τῶν Ἰουδαίων, καὶ ἀνέβη εἰς Ἱεροσόλυμα ὁ Ἰησοῦς.

καὶ ἐξάπινα περιβλεψάμενοι οὐκέτι οὐδένα εἶδον ⸂ἀλλὰ τὸν Ἰησοῦν μόνον μεθʼ ἑαυτῶν⸃.

A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;

ἄχρι ἧς ἡμέρας ἐντειλάμενος τοῖς ἀποστόλοις διὰ πνεύματος ἁγίου οὓς ἐξελέξατο ἀνελήμφθη·

But my people would not hearken to my voice; and Israel would none of me.

Among the gods there is none like unto thee, O Lord; neither are there any works like unto thy works.

Thou didst cause judgment to be heard from heaven; the earth feared, and was still,

The children of thy servants shall continue, and their seed shall be established before thee.

καὶ λέγει αὐτοῖς· Ὃς ⸀ἂν ἀπολύσῃ τὴν γυναῖκα αὐτοῦ καὶ γαμήσῃ ἄλλην μοιχᾶται ἐπʼ αὐτήν,

It is like leaven, which a woman took and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened.

I will also smite mine hands together, and I will cause my fury to rest: I the LORD have said it.

puruuvasur hi maghavan sanaad asi bhare-bhare ca havyaH

svaryavo matibhis tubhyaM vipraa indraaya vaahaH kushikaaso akran

καὶ ἐπὶ ἡγεμόνας δὲ καὶ βασιλεῖς ἀχθήσεσθε ἕνεκεν ἐμοῦ εἰς μαρτύριον αὐτοῖς καὶ τοῖς ἔθνεσιν.

And it was known throughout all Joppa; and many believed in the Lord.

If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land:

Neither shall they shave their heads, nor suffer their locks to grow long; they shall only poll their heads.

And he asked them of their welfare, and said, Is your father well, the old man of whom ye spake? Is he yet alive?
