וְנָשְׂא֖וּ עֲוֺנָ֑ם כַּֽעֲוֺן֙ הַדֹּרֵ֔שׁ כַּעֲוֺ֥ן הַנָּבִ֖יא יִֽהְיֶֽה׃

כִּֽי־ עָ֭לֶיךָ הֹרַ֣גְנוּ כָל־ הַיּ֑וֹם נֶ֝חְשַׁ֗בְנוּ כְּצֹ֣אן טִבְחָֽה׃

כִּ֣י כֹ֥ה אָמַ֛ר יְהוָ֖ה לְבֵ֣ית יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל דִּרְשׁ֖וּנִי וִֽחְיֽוּ׃

הֽ͏ֲלֹא־ אַ֭תָּה תָּשׁ֣וּב תְּחַיֵּ֑נוּ וְ֝עַמְּךָ֗ יִשְׂמְחוּ־ בָֽךְ׃

מִֽי־ גִ֭לָּה פְּנֵ֣י לְבוּשׁ֑וֹ בְּכֶ֥פֶל רִ֝סְנ֗וֹ מִ֣י יָבֽוֹא׃

וְיִֽשְׁמַֽעְיָ֧ה הַגִּבְעוֹנִ֛י גִּבּ֥וֹר בַּשְּׁלֹשִׁ֖ים וְעַל־ הַשְּׁלֹשִֽׁים׃

אֶפְרַ֕יִם כָּע֖וֹף יִתְעוֹפֵ֣ף כְּבוֹדָ֑ם מִלֵּדָ֥ה וּמִבֶּ֖טֶן וּמֵהֵרָיֽוֹן׃

וְזֹ֖את הַתּוֹרָ֑ה אֲשֶׁר־ שָׂ֣ם מֹשֶׁ֔ה לִפְנֵ֖י בְּנֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃

सिद्धिं प्राप्तो यथा ब्रह्म तथाऽऽप्नोति निबोध मे । समासेनैव कौन्तेय निष्ठा ज्ञानस्य या परा

And he made the ephod of gold, blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen.

وَإِذَا بُشِّرَ أَحَدُهُمْ بِالْأُنْثَى ظَلَّ وَجْهُهُ مُسْوَدًّا وَهُوَ كَظِيمٌ

Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. And they parted his raiment, and cast lots.

devaanaaM sumne subhagaH sa edhate yaM-yaM yujaM kRNute brahmaNas patiH

Out of the spoils won in battles did they dedicate to maintain the house of the LORD.

He hath destroyed me on every side, and I am gone: and mine hope hath he removed like a tree.

There laid they Jesus therefore because of the Jews’ preparation day; for the sepulchre was nigh at hand.

He giveth to the beast his food, and to the young ravens which cry.

How that by revelation he made known unto me the mystery; (as I wrote afore in few words,

And Jonathan cried after the lad, Make speed, haste, stay not. And Jonathan’s lad gathered up the arrows, and came to his master.

And when we had taken our leave one of another, we took ship; and they returned home again.
