קִדַּ֣מְתִּי בַ֭נֶּשֶׁף וָאֲשַׁוֵּ֑עָה לדבריך לִדְבָרְךָ֥ יִחָֽלְתִּי׃

הֲ֭תֵדַע בְּשׂוּם־ אֱל֣וֹהַּ עֲלֵיהֶ֑ם וְ֝הוֹפִ֗יעַ א֣וֹר עֲנָנֽוֹ׃

אָדָ֣ם בְּ֭לִיַּעַל אִ֣ישׁ אָ֑וֶן ה֝וֹלֵ֗ךְ עִקְּשׁ֥וּת פֶּֽה׃

כִּי־ ט֣וֹב יְ֭הֹוָה לְעוֹלָ֣ם חַסְדּ֑וֹ וְעַד־ דֹּ֥ר וָ֝דֹ֗ר אֱמוּנָֽתוֹ׃

וַתֹּ֖אמֶר שְׁתֵ֣ה אֲדֹנִ֑י וַתְּמַהֵ֗ר וַתֹּ֧רֶד כַּדָּ֛הּ עַל־ יָדָ֖הּ וַתַּשְׁקֵֽהוּ׃

And he wrote there upon the stones a copy of the law of Moses, which he wrote in the presence of the children of Israel.

Whereupon certain Jews from Asia found me purified in the temple, neither with multitude, nor with tumult.

And there is hope in thine end, saith the LORD, that thy children shall come again to their own border.

καὶ ἐπάταξεν εἷς τις ἐξ αὐτῶν ⸂τοῦ ἀρχιερέως τὸν δοῦλον⸃ καὶ ἀφεῖλεν ⸂τὸ οὖς αὐτοῦ⸃ τὸ δεξιόν.

ὃν γὰρ ἀγαπᾷ κύριος παιδεύει, μαστιγοῖ δὲ πάντα υἱὸν ὃν παραδέχεται.

jyeSTharaajam brahmaNaam brahmaNas pata aa naH shRNvann uutibhiH siida saadanam

Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a merchant man, seeking goodly pearls:

mahi jyotir bibhrataM tvaa vicakSaNa bhaasvantaM cakSuSe-cakSuSe mayaH

कामक्रोधवियुक्तानां यतीनां यतचेतसाम् । अभितो ब्रह्मनिर्वाणं वर्तते विदितात्मनाम्

If thou hast nothing to pay, why should he take away thy bed from under thee?

And his disciples asked him, saying, What might this parable be?

इति क्षेत्रं तथा ज्ञानं ज्ञेयं चोक्तं समासतः । मद्भक्त एतद्विज्ञाय मद्भावायोपपद्यते

Let the saints be joyful in glory: let them sing aloud upon their beds.

And they truly were many priests, because they were not suffered to continue by reason of death:

When ye come to appear before me, who hath required this at your hand, to tread my courts?
