שֶׁשׁ־ הֵ֭נָּה שָׂנֵ֣א יְהוָ֑ה וְ֝שֶׁ֗בַע תועבות תּוֹעֲבַ֥ת נַפְשֽׁוֹ׃

וַיַּעֲשׂ֥וּ מִלְחָמָ֖ה עִם־ הַֽהַגְרִיאִ֑ים וִיט֥וּר וְנָפִ֖ישׁ וְנוֹדָֽב׃

הֲיֻקַּ֤ח מִמֶּ֙נּוּ֙ עֵ֔ץ לַעֲשׂ֖וֹת לִמְלָאכָ֑ה אִם־ יִקְח֤וּ מִמֶּ֙נּוּ֙ יָתֵ֔ד לִתְל֥וֹת עָלָ֖יו כָּל־ כֶּֽלִי׃

כָּל־ הַלְוִיִּם֙ בְּעִ֣יר הַקֹּ֔דֶשׁ מָאתַ֖יִם שְׁמֹנִ֥ים וְאַרְבָּעָֽה׃

אִם־ לֹ֣א נִכְחַ֣ד קִימָ֑נוּ וְ֝יִתְרָ֗ם אָ֣כְלָה אֵֽשׁ׃

יָשׁ֣וּבוּ רְשָׁעִ֣ים לִשְׁא֑וֹלָה כָּל־ גּ֝וֹיִ֗ם שְׁכֵחֵ֥י אֱלֹהִֽים׃

saptaapo deviiH suraNaa amRktaa yaabhiH sindhum atara indra puurbhit

Μὴ ὁ νόμος ἡμῶν κρίνει τὸν ἄνθρωπον ἐὰν μὴ ἀκούσῃ ⸂πρῶτον παρʼ αὐτοῦ⸃ καὶ γνῷ τί ποιεῖ;

لَوْ أَرَادَ اللَّهُ أَنْ يَتَّخِذَ وَلَدًا لَاصْطَفَى مِمَّا يَخْلُقُ مَا يَشَاءُ سُبْحَانَهُ هُوَ اللَّهُ الْوَاحِدُ الْقَهَّارُ

Be thou exalted, LORD, in thine own strength: so will we sing and praise thy power.

Declare this in the house of Jacob, and publish it in Judah, saying,

ὧν οὐκ ἦν ἄξιος ὁ κόσμος ⸀ἐπὶ ἐρημίαις πλανώμενοι καὶ ὄρεσι καὶ σπηλαίοις καὶ ταῖς ὀπαῖς τῆς γῆς·

For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.

ὁ δὲ Ἰησοῦς εἶπεν αὐτοῖς· Ὁρᾶτε καὶ προσέχετε ἀπὸ τῆς ζύμης τῶν Φαρισαίων καὶ Σαδδουκαίων.

And many spread their garments in the way: and others cut down branches off the trees, and strawed them in the way.

And I saw in my dream, and, behold, seven ears came up in one stalk, full and good:

Thou hast made the earth to tremble; thou hast broken it: heal the breaches thereof; for it shaketh.

bhago aryamaa savitaa puraMdhir mahyaM tvaadur gaarhapatyaaya devaaH

Also out of the midst thereof came the likeness of four living creatures. And this was their appearance; they had the likeness of a man.

The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever.

Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.

O LORD, how manifold are thy works! in wisdom hast thou made them all: the earth is full of thy riches.

भोक्तारं यज्ञतपसां सर्वलोकमहेश्वरम् । सुहृदं सर्वभूतानां ज्ञात्वा मां शान्तिमृच्छति

καὶ ἀποκριθεὶς ὁ Ἰησοῦς εἶπεν αὐτοῖς· Πορευθέντες ἀπαγγείλατε Ἰωάννῃ ἃ ἀκούετε καὶ βλέπετε·
