שֶׁ֣קֶר שָׂ֭נֵאתִי וַאֲתַעֵ֑בָה תּוֹרָתְךָ֥ אָהָֽבְתִּי׃

וַיִּֽחַר־ אַ֣ף יְהוָ֣ה בְּעַמּ֑וֹ וַ֝יְתָעֵ֗ב אֶת־ נַחֲלָתֽוֹ׃

וְנָתַתָּ֣ה הַכֶּ֔סֶף לְאַהֲרֹ֖ן וּלְבָנָ֑יו פְּדוּיֵ֕י הָעֹדְפִ֖ים בָּהֶֽם׃

וַיִּתֵּ֤ן אֶת־ הַשֻּׁלְחָן֙ בְּאֹ֣הֶל מוֹעֵ֔ד עַ֛ל יֶ֥רֶךְ הַמִּשְׁכָּ֖ן צָפֹ֑נָה מִח֖וּץ לַפָּרֹֽכֶת׃

אֲשֶׁר־ ל֣וֹ הַ֭יָּם וְה֣וּא עָשָׂ֑הוּ וְ֝יַבֶּ֗שֶׁת יָדָ֥יו יָצָֽרוּ׃

כִּ֤י ה֣וּא אָמַ֣ר וַיֶּ֑הִי הֽוּא־ צִ֝וָּ֗ה וֽ͏ַיַּעֲמֹֽד׃

John answered and said, A man can receive nothing, except it be given him from heaven.

That the LORD appeared to Solomon the second time, as he had appeared unto him at Gibeon.

If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there.

Then the Pharisees went out, and held a council against him, how they might destroy him.

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا كُتِبَ عَلَيْكُمُ الصِّيَامُ كَمَا كُتِبَ عَلَى الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَّقُونَ

pra vaH shukraaya bhaanave bharadhvaM havyam matiM caagnaye supuutam

And when the disciples saw it, they marvelled, saying, How soon is the fig tree withered away!

maho rujaami bandhutaa vacobhis tan maa pitur gotamaad anv iyaaya

Who is like unto the LORD our God, who dwelleth on high,

For whosoever shall do the will of God, the same is my brother, and my sister, and mother.

Thus were the journeyings of the children of Israel according to their armies, when they set forward.

ye sukratavaH shucayo dhiyaMdhaaH svadanti devaa ubhayaani havyaa

And when he came upon the stairs, so it was, that he was borne of the soldiers for the violence of the people.

yasya yoge duhitaa jaayate diva ubhe ahanii sudine vivasvataH

There be three things which are too wonderful for me, yea, four which I know not:
