וַיִּשְׁחָ֑ט וַיִּזְרֹ֨ק מֹשֶׁ֧ה אֶת־ הַדָּ֛ם עַל־ הַמִּזְבֵּ֖חַ סָבִֽיב׃

קֹרֵ֣ץ בְּ֭עֵינָו מֹלֵ֣ל בְּרַגְלָ֑ו מֹ֝רֶ֗ה בְּאֶצְבְּעֹתָֽיו׃

וְ֭אֵלֶּה צָפַ֣נְתָּ בִלְבָבֶ֑ךָ יָ֝דַ֗עְתִּי כִּי־ זֹ֥את עִמָּֽךְ׃

אֶשָּׂ֥א כַנְפֵי־ שָׁ֑חַר אֶ֝שְׁכְּנָ֗ה בְּאַחֲרִ֥ית יָֽם׃

וְשֶׁ֧בֶר פֹּשְׁעִ֛ים וְחַטָּאִ֖ים יַחְדָּ֑ו וְעֹזְבֵ֥י יְהוָ֖ה יִכְלֽוּ׃

indraH svarSaa janayann ahaani jigaayoshigbhiH pRtanaa abhiSTiH

But with many of them God was not well pleased: for they were overthrown in the wilderness.

Wherefore when Saul saw that he behaved himself very wisely, he was afraid of him.

Let burning coals fall upon them: let them be cast into the fire; into deep pits, that they rise not up again.

yaabhiH kaaNvasyopa barhir aasadaM yaasad vajrii bhinat puraH

أَفَأَمِنَ الَّذِينَ مَكَرُوا السَّيِّئَاتِ أَنْ يَخْسِفَ اللَّهُ بِهِمُ الْأَرْضَ أَوْ يَأْتِيَهُمُ الْعَذَابُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ

And all the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land, or of the fruit of the tree, is the LORD’s: it is holy unto the LORD.

And with you there shall be a man of every tribe; every one head of the house of his fathers.

ذَلِكُمُ اللَّهُ رَبُّكُمْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ خَالِقُ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ فَاعْبُدُوهُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَكِيلٌ

ati yo mandro yajathaaya devaH sukiirtim bhikSe varuNasya bhuureH
