בְּנֵ֣י לַעְדָּ֗ן הָרֹ֧אשׁ יְחִיאֵ֛ל וְזֵתָ֥ם וְיוֹאֵ֖ל שְׁלֹשָֽׁה׃

וַיְזַבֵּ֧חַ וַיְקַטֵּ֛ר בַּבָּמ֖וֹת וְעַל־ הַגְּבָע֑וֹת וְתַ֖חַת כָּל־ עֵ֥ץ רַעֲנָֽן׃

מְלֵאָתְךָ֥ וְדִמְעֲךָ֖ לֹ֣א תְאַחֵ֑ר בְּכ֥וֹר בָּנֶ֖יךָ תִּתֶּן־ לִּֽי׃

כַּאֲשֶׁ֣ר יוּרַ֔ם מִשּׁ֖וֹר זֶ֣בַח הַשְּׁלָמִ֑ים וְהִקְטִירָם֙ הַכֹּהֵ֔ן עַ֖ל מִזְבַּ֥ח הָעֹלָֽה׃

וַיְזַבֵּ֧חַ וַיְקַטֵּ֛ר בַּבָּמ֖וֹת וְעַל־ הַגְּבָע֑וֹת וְתַ֖חַת כָּל־ עֵ֥ץ רַעֲנָֽן׃

And Abram was fourscore and six years old, when Hagar bare Ishmael to Abram.

sa suurya prati puro na ud gaa ebhi stomebhir etashebhir evaiH

Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him.

divodaasaad atithigvasya raadhaH shaambaraM vasu praty agrabhiiSma

ἔτι μικρὸν καὶ ὁ κόσμος με οὐκέτι θεωρεῖ, ὑμεῖς δὲ θεωρεῖτέ με, ὅτι ἐγὼ ζῶ καὶ ὑμεῖς ⸀ζήσετε.

They zealously affect you, but not well; yea, they would exclude you, that ye might affect them.

And he gathered unto him the children of Ammon and Amalek, and went and smote Israel, and possessed the city of palm trees.

μή τις οὖν αὐτὸν ἐξουθενήσῃ. προπέμψατε δὲ αὐτὸν ἐν εἰρήνῃ, ἵνα ἔλθῃ πρός ⸀με, ἐκδέχομαι γὰρ αὐτὸν μετὰ τῶν ἀδελφῶν.

The heart of the wise is in the house of mourning; but the heart of fools is in the house of mirth.

Surely I will not come into the tabernacle of my house, nor go up into my bed;

فَانْظُرْ إِلَى آثَارِ رَحْمَتِ اللَّهِ كَيْفَ يُحْيِي الْأَرْضَ بَعْدَ مَوْتِهَا إِنَّ ذَلِكَ لَمُحْيِي الْمَوْتَى وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ

Wherewith thine enemies have reproached, O LORD; wherewith they have reproached the footsteps of thine anointed.

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اصْبِرُوا وَصَابِرُوا وَرَابِطُوا وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ

यदृच्छया चोपपन्नं स्वर्गद्वारमपावृतम् । सुखिनः क्षत्रियाः पार्थ लभन्ते युद्धमीदृशम्

vRjanena vRjinaan sam pipeSa maayaabhir dasyuuM+r abhibhuutyojaaH

He also exalteth the horn of his people, the praise of all his saints; even of the children of Israel, a people near unto him. Praise ye the LORD.
