וַיְהִ֗י בְּי֨וֹם דִּבֶּ֧ר יְהוָ֛ה אֶל־ מֹשֶׁ֖ה בְּאֶ֥רֶץ מִצְרָֽיִם׃

יְֽהוָ֗ה מָה־ אָ֭דָם וַתֵּדָעֵ֑הוּ בֶּן־ אֱ֝נ֗וֹשׁ וַֽתְּחַשְּׁבֵֽהוּ׃

אָ֤ז תַּחְפֹּ֣ץ זִבְחֵי־ צֶ֭דֶק עוֹלָ֣ה וְכָלִ֑יל אָ֤ז יַעֲל֖וּ עַל־ מִזְבַּחֲךָ֣ פָרִֽים׃

And when they had fulfilled all that was written of him, they took him down from the tree, and laid him in a sepulchre.

Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways.

They answered and said unto him, If he were not a malefactor, we would not have delivered him up unto thee.
