ט֗וֹב שֶׁ֥בֶת בְּאֶֽרֶץ־ מִדְבָּ֑ר מֵאֵ֖שֶׁת מדונים מִדְיָנִ֣ים וָכָֽעַס׃

וַעֲשִׂיתֶ֖ם כַּאֲשֶׁ֣ר עָשִׂ֑יתִי עַל־ שָׂפָם֙ לֹ֣א תַעְט֔וּ וְלֶ֥חֶם אֲנָשִׁ֖ים לֹ֥א תֹאכֵֽלוּ׃

הַ֭עֹזֶבֶת אַלּ֣וּף נְעוּרֶ֑יהָ וְאֶת־ בְּרִ֖ית אֱלֹהֶ֣יהָ שָׁכֵֽחָה׃

הַעֵ֤ת לָכֶם֙ אַתֶּ֔ם לָשֶׁ֖בֶת בְּבָתֵּיכֶ֣ם סְפוּנִ֑ים וְהַבַּ֥יִת הַזֶּ֖ה חָרֵֽב׃

אֲנִ֤י יְהוָה֙ נֹֽצְרָ֔הּ לִרְגָעִ֖ים אַשְׁקֶ֑נָּה פֶּ֚ן יִפְקֹ֣ד עָלֶ֔יהָ לַ֥יְלָה וָי֖וֹם אֶצֳּרֶֽנָּה׃

What thing soever I command you, observe to do it: thou shalt not add thereto, nor diminish from it.

And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon.

Should not the multitude of words be answered? and should a man full of talk be justified?

This parable spake Jesus unto them: but they understood not what things they were which he spake unto them.

ἔδοξεν γὰρ τῷ ⸂πνεύματι τῷ ἁγίῳ⸃ καὶ ἡμῖν μηδὲν πλέον ἐπιτίθεσθαι ὑμῖν βάρος πλὴν ⸂τούτων τῶν ἐπάναγκες⸃,

Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart.

svaahaagnaye varuNaaya svaahendraaya marudbhyaH svaahaa devebhyo haviH

If I shut up heaven that there be no rain, or if I command the locusts to devour the land, or if I send pestilence among my people;

And if he trespass against thee seven times in a day, and seven times in a day turn again to thee, saying, I repent; thou shalt forgive him.

وَمَرْيَمَ ابْنَتَ عِمْرَانَ الَّتِي أَحْصَنَتْ فَرْجَهَا فَنَفَخْنَا فِيهِ مِنْ رُوحِنَا وَصَدَّقَتْ بِكَلِمَاتِ رَبِّهَا وَكُتُبِهِ وَكَانَتْ مِنَ الْقَانِتِينَ

And if any man hunger, let him eat at home; that ye come not together unto condemnation. And the rest will I set in order when I come.
