וַיֵּ֧רַע הַדָּבָ֛ר מְאֹ֖ד בְּעֵינֵ֣י אַבְרָהָ֑ם עַ֖ל אוֹדֹ֥ת בְּנֽוֹ׃

וְאַרְבַּ֣ע כְּתֵפ֔וֹת אֶ֚ל אַרְבַּ֣ע פִּנּ֔וֹת הַמְּכֹנָ֖ה הָֽאֶחָ֑ת מִן־ הַמְּכֹנָ֖ה כְּתֵפֶֽיהָ׃

וַיֵּצֵ֥א שֵׁם־ דָּוִ֖יד בְּכָל־ הָֽאֲרָצ֑וֹת וַֽיהוָ֛ה נָתַ֥ן אֶת־ פַּחְדּ֖וֹ עַל־ כָּל־ הַגּוֹיִֽם׃

וּמַתִּתְיָה֙ מִן־ הַלְוִיִּ֔ם ה֥וּא הַבְּכ֖וֹר לְשַׁלֻּ֣ם הַקָּרְחִ֑י בֶּאֱמוּנָ֕ה עַ֖ל מַעֲשֵׂ֥ה הַחֲבִתִּֽים׃

But withal prepare me also a lodging: for I trust that through your prayers I shall be given unto you.

When Jesus then lifted up his eyes, and saw a great company come unto him, he saith unto Philip, Whence shall we buy bread, that these may eat?

But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.

الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَهَاجَرُوا وَجَاهَدُوا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ بِأَمْوَالِهِمْ وَأَنْفُسِهِمْ أَعْظَمُ دَرَجَةً عِنْدَ اللَّهِ وَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْفَائِزُونَ

Therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Jonadab the son of Rechab shall not want a man to stand before me for ever.

But when they knew that he was a Jew, all with one voice about the space of two hours cried out, Great is Diana of the Ephesians.

Do ye look on things after the outward appearance? If any man trust to himself that he is Christ’s, let him of himself think this again, that, as he is Christ’s, even so are we...

εἰ γὰρ σὺ ἐκ τῆς κατὰ φύσιν ἐξεκόπης ἀγριελαίου καὶ παρὰ φύσιν ἐνεκεντρίσθης εἰς καλλιέλαιον, πόσῳ μᾶλλον οὗτοι οἱ κατὰ φύσιν ἐγκεντρισθήσονται τῇ ἰδίᾳ ἐλαίᾳ.
