וַיֹּ֤אמֶר יְהֽוֹנָתָן֙ אֶל־ דָּוִ֔ד לְכָ֖ה וְנֵצֵ֣א הַשָּׂדֶ֑ה וַיֵּצְא֥וּ שְׁנֵיהֶ֖ם הַשָּׂדֶֽה׃

אֳנִיּ֣וֹת תַּרְשִׁ֔ישׁ שָׁרוֹתַ֖יִךְ מַעֲרָבֵ֑ךְ וַתִּמָּלְאִ֧י וַֽתִּכְבְּדִ֛י מְאֹ֖ד בְּלֵ֥ב־ יַמִּֽים׃

שׁוּבָ֣ה יְ֭הוָה אֶת־ שבותנו שְׁבִיתֵ֑נוּ כַּאֲפִיקִ֥ים בַּנֶּֽגֶב׃

בָּ֤אָה קָרְחָה֙ אֶל־ עַזָּ֔ה נִדְמְתָ֥ה אַשְׁקְל֖וֹן שְׁאֵרִ֣ית עִמְקָ֑ם עַד־ מָתַ֖י תִּתְגּוֹדָֽדִי׃

וְרָחַ֣צְתְּ ׀ וָסַ֗כְתְּ וְשַׂ֧מְתְּ שמלתך שִׂמְלֹתַ֛יִךְ עָלַ֖יִךְ וירדתי וְיָרַ֣דְתְּ הַגֹּ֑רֶן אַל־ תִּוָּדְעִ֣י לָאִ֔ישׁ עַ֥ד כַּלֹּת֖וֹ לֶאֱכֹ֥ל וְלִשְׁתּֽוֹת׃

And he said, I will hide my face from them, I will see what their end shall be: for they are a very froward generation, children in whom is no faith.

I had no rest in my spirit, because I found not Titus my brother: but taking my leave of them, I went from thence into Macedonia.

For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

Therefore I was left alone, and saw this great vision, and there remained no strength in me: for my comeliness was turned in me into corruption, and I retained no strength.

And he built the city round about, even from Millo round about: and Joab repaired the rest of the city.

Also unto Shemaiah his son were sons born, that ruled throughout the house of their father: for they were mighty men of valour.

But if he thus say, I have no delight in thee; behold, here am I, let him do to me as seemeth good unto him.

And to him they agreed: and when they had called the apostles, and beaten them, they commanded that they should not speak in the name of Jesus, and let them go.
