וָאֵרֵ֖ד בֵּ֣ית הַיּוֹצֵ֑ר והנהו וְהִנֵּה ה֛וּא עֹשֶׂ֥ה מְלָאכָ֖ה עַל־ הָאָבְנָֽיִם׃

וַיַּעְפִּ֕לוּ לַעֲל֖וֹת אֶל־ רֹ֣אשׁ הָהָ֑ר וַאֲר֤וֹן בְּרִית־ יְהוָה֙ וּמֹשֶׁ֔ה לֹא־ מָ֖שׁוּ מִקֶּ֥רֶב הַֽמַּחֲנֶֽה׃

וַיֹּ֥אמֶר אֵלָ֖יו דָּוִ֑ד אֵ֚יךְ לֹ֣א יָרֵ֔אתָ לִשְׁלֹ֙חַ֙ יָֽדְךָ֔ לְשַׁחֵ֖ת אֶת־ מְשִׁ֥יחַ יְהוָֽה׃

וְהֵבֵאתָ֥ לְאָבִ֖יךָ וְאָכָ֑ל בַּעֲבֻ֛ר אֲשֶׁ֥ר יְבָרֶכְךָ֖ לִפְנֵ֥י מוֹתֽוֹ׃

וּמְפִיבֹ֗שֶׁת יֹשֵׁב֙ בִּיר֣וּשָׁלִַ֔ם כִּ֣י עַל־ שֻׁלְחַ֥ן הַמֶּ֛לֶךְ תָּמִ֖יד ה֣וּא אֹכֵ֑ל וְה֥וּא פִסֵּ֖חַ שְׁתֵּ֥י רַגְלָֽיו׃

For thou, O my God, hast told thy servant that thou wilt build him an house: therefore thy servant hath found in his heart to pray before thee.
