וְאֶת־ יְע֥וּץ וְאֶת־ שָֽׂכְיָ֖ה וְאֶת־ מִרְמָ֑ה אֵ֥לֶּה בָנָ֖יו רָאשֵׁ֥י אָבֽוֹת׃

עִמּוֹ֙ זְר֣וֹע בָּשָׂ֔ר וְעִמָּ֜נוּ יְהוָ֤ה אֱלֹהֵ֙ינוּ֙ לְעָזְרֵ֔נוּ וּלְהִלָּחֵ֖ם מִלְחֲמֹתֵ֑נוּ וַיִּסָּמְכ֣וּ הָעָ֔ם עַל־ דִּבְרֵ֖י יְחִזְקִיָּ֥הוּ מֶֽלֶךְ־ יְהוּדָֽה׃

וְיֶ֤תֶר דְּבָרָיו֙ וְכָל־ דְּרָכָ֔יו הָרִאשֹׁנִ֖ים וְהָאַחֲרוֹנִ֑ים הִנָּ֣ם כְּתוּבִ֔ים עַל־ סֵ֥פֶר מַלְכֵֽי־ יְהוּדָ֖ה וְיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃

וַיִּיָּ֣חֶל ע֔וֹד שִׁבְעַ֥ת יָמִ֖ים אֲחֵרִ֑ים וַיְשַׁלַּח֙ אֶת־ הַיּוֹנָ֔ה וְלֹֽא־ יָסְפָ֥ה שׁוּב־ אֵלָ֖יו עֽוֹד׃

וּמֵעוֹלָ֥ם לֹא־ שָׁמְע֖וּ לֹ֣א הֶאֱזִ֑ינוּ עַ֣יִן לֹֽא־ רָאָ֗תָה אֱלֹהִים֙ זוּלָ֣תְךָ֔ יַעֲשֶׂ֖ה לִמְחַכֵּה־ לֽוֹ׃

And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.

But when he seeth his children, the work of mine hands, in the midst of him, they shall sanctify my name, and sanctify the Holy One of Jacob, and shall fear the God of Israel.

οὐκ οἴδατε ὅτι ᾧ παριστάνετε ἑαυτοὺς δούλους εἰς ὑπακοήν, δοῦλοί ἐστε ᾧ ὑπακούετε, ἤτοι ἁμαρτίας εἰς θάνατον ἢ ὑπακοῆς εἰς δικαιοσύνην;

But that which beareth thorns and briers is rejected, and is nigh unto cursing; whose end is to be burned.
