וַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙ יְה֣וֹשָׁפָ֔ט יֵ֥שׁ אוֹת֖וֹ דְּבַר־ יְהוָ֑ה וַיֵּרְד֣וּ אֵלָ֗יו מֶ֧לֶךְ יִשְׂרָאֵ֛ל וִיהוֹשָׁפָ֖ט וּמֶ֥לֶךְ אֱדֽוֹם׃

וּבְנֵ֣י אֶלְפַּ֔עַל עֵ֥בֶר וּמִשְׁעָ֖ם וָשָׁ֑מֶד ה֚וּא בָּנָ֣ה אֶת־ אוֹנ֔וֹ וְאֶת־ לֹ֖ד וּבְנֹתֶֽיהָ׃

וִֽידַעְתֶּ֗ם כִּ֣י אֲנִ֤י יְהוָה֙ אֱלֹ֣הֵיכֶ֔ם שֹׁכֵ֖ן בְּצִיּ֣וֹן הַר־ קָדְשִׁ֑י וְהָיְתָ֤ה יְרוּשָׁלִַ֙ם֙ קֹ֔דֶשׁ וְזָרִ֥ים לֹא־ יַֽעַבְרוּ־ בָ֖הּ עֽוֹד׃

דִּרְשׁ֥וּ אֶת־ יְהוָ֖ה וִֽחְי֑וּ פֶּן־ יִצְלַ֤ח כָּאֵשׁ֙ בֵּ֣ית יוֹסֵ֔ף וְאָכְלָ֥ה וְאֵין־ מְכַבֶּ֖ה לְבֵֽית־ אֵֽל׃
