וַיִּתְאַנַּ֥ף יְהוָ֖ה בִּשְׁלֹמֹ֑ה כִּֽי־ נָטָ֣ה לְבָב֗וֹ מֵעִ֤ם יְהוָה֙ אֱלֹהֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל הַנִּרְאָ֥ה אֵלָ֖יו פַּעֲמָֽיִם׃

המליך אות ג' וקשר לו כתר וצרפן זה עם זה, וצר בו צדק בעולם, ואחד בשבת בשנה, ועין ימין בנפש:

וְהָיָ֞ה הִ֣יא ׀ רֹכֶ֣בֶת עַֽל־ הַחֲמ֗וֹר וְיֹרֶ֙דֶת֙ בְּסֵ֣תֶר הָהָ֔ר וְהִנֵּ֤ה דָוִד֙ וַאֲנָשָׁ֔יו יֹרְדִ֖ים לִקְרָאתָ֑הּ וַתִּפְגֹּ֖שׁ אֹתָֽם׃

וְהָיָה֩ בַיּ֨וֹם הַה֜וּא נְאֻם־ יְהוָ֗ה ק֤וֹל צְעָקָה֙ מִשַּׁ֣עַר הַדָּגִ֔ים וִֽילָלָ֖ה מִן־ הַמִּשְׁנֶ֑ה וְשֶׁ֥בֶר גָּד֖וֹל מֵהַגְּבָעֽוֹת׃

עוֹדֶ֨נִּי הַיּ֜וֹם חָזָ֗ק כּֽ͏ַאֲשֶׁר֙ בְּי֨וֹם שְׁלֹ֤חַ אוֹתִי֙ מֹשֶׁ֔ה כְּכֹ֥חִי אָ֖ז וּכְכֹ֣חִי עָ֑תָּה לַמִּלְחָמָ֖ה וְלָצֵ֥את וְלָבֽוֹא׃

לָ֤מָּה ׀ יֹאמְר֣וּ הַגּוֹיִם֮ אַיֵּ֢ה אֱ‍ֽלֹהֵ֫יהֶ֥ם יִוָּדַ֣ע בגיים בַּגּוֹיִ֣ם לְעֵינֵ֑ינוּ נִ֝קְמַ֗ת דַּֽם־ עֲבָדֶ֥יךָ הַשָּׁפֽוּךְ׃
