ud iirayathaa marutaH samudrato yuuyaM vRSTiM varSayathaa puriiSiNaH

Deliver me from all my transgressions: make me not the reproach of the foolish.

avor vaaM nuunam ashvinaa yuvaakur huve yad vaaM sute maadhvii vasuuyuH

kaH svid vRkSo niSThito madhye arNaso yaM taugryo naadhitaH paryaSasvajat

Shall I not, as I have done unto Samaria and her idols, so do to Jerusalem and her idols?

bhujyum aMhasaH pipRtho nir ashvinaa shyaavam putraM vadhrimatyaa ajinvatam

For a friend of mine in his journey is come to me, and I have nothing to set before him?

shuuro vaa shuuraM vanate shariirais tanuurucaa taruSi yat kRNvaite

A garden inclosed is my sister, my spouse; a spring shut up, a fountain sealed.

וְאָחָז֙ הוֹלִ֣יד אֶת־ יַעְרָ֔ה וְיַעְרָ֗ה הוֹלִ֛יד אֶת־ עָלֶ֥מֶת וְאֶת־ עַזְמָ֖וֶת וְאֶת־ זִמְרִ֑י וְזִמְרִ֖י הוֹלִ֥יד אֶת־ מוֹצָֽא׃

וְשָׁתִ֨ית אוֹתָ֜הּ וּמָצִ֗ית וְאֶת־ חֲרָשֶׂ֛יהָ תְּגָרֵ֖מִי וְשָׁדַ֣יִךְ תְּנַתֵּ֑קִי כִּ֚י אֲנִ֣י דִבַּ֔רְתִּי נְאֻ֖ם אֲדֹנָ֥י יְהוִֽה׃

τῇ σπουδῇ μὴ ὀκνηροί, τῷ πνεύματι ζέοντες, τῷ κυρίῳ δουλεύοντες,

καὶ ἡ γυνὴ ἣν εἶδες ἔστιν ἡ πόλις ἡ μεγάλη ἡ ἔχουσα βασιλείαν ἐπὶ τῶν βασιλέων τῆς γῆς.

וְהֵסִ֧יר יְהוָ֛ה מִמְּךָ֖ כָּל־ חֹ֑לִי וְכָל־ מַדְוֵי֩ מִצְרַ֨יִם הָרָעִ֜ים אֲשֶׁ֣ר יָדַ֗עְתָּ לֹ֤א יְשִׂימָם֙ בָּ֔ךְ וּנְתָנָ֖ם בְּכָל־ שֹׂנְאֶֽיךָ׃

שָׁמ֣וֹעַ שָׁמַ֗עְתִּי אֶפְרַ֙יִם֙ מִתְנוֹדֵ֔ד יִסַּרְתַּ֙נִי֙ וָֽאִוָּסֵ֔ר כְּעֵ֖גֶל לֹ֣א לֻמָּ֑ד הֲשִׁיבֵ֣נִי וְאָשׁ֔וּבָה כִּ֥י אַתָּ֖ה יְהוָ֥ה אֱלֹהָֽי׃

מֵעָנִ֞י הֵשִׁ֣יב יָד֗וֹ נֶ֤שֶׁךְ וְתַרְבִּית֙ לֹ֣א לָקָ֔ח מִשְׁפָּטַ֣י עָשָׂ֔ה בְּחֻקּוֹתַ֖י הָלָ֑ךְ ה֗וּא לֹ֥א יָמ֛וּת בַּעֲוֺ֥ן אָבִ֖יו חָיֹ֥ה יִחְיֶֽה׃

שֵׁשׁ־ בְּרִקְמָ֤ה מִמִּצְרַ֙יִם֙ הָיָ֣ה מִפְרָשֵׂ֔ךְ לִהְי֥וֹת לָ֖ךְ לְנֵ֑ס תְּכֵ֧לֶת וְאַרְגָּמָ֛ן מֵאִיֵּ֥י אֱלִישָׁ֖ה הָיָ֥ה מְכַסֵּֽךְ׃

וַתְּהִ֛י מֶחֱצַ֥ת הָעֵדָ֖ה מִן־ הַצֹּ֑אן שְׁלֹשׁ־ מֵא֥וֹת אֶ֙לֶף֙ וּשְׁלֹשִׁ֣ים אֶ֔לֶף שִׁבְעַ֥ת אֲלָפִ֖ים וַחֲמֵ֥שׁ מֵאֽוֹת׃

זָרְע֤וּ חִטִּים֙ וְקֹצִ֣ים קָצָ֔רוּ נֶחְל֖וּ לֹ֣א יוֹעִ֑לוּ וּבֹ֙שׁוּ֙ מִתְּבוּאֹ֣תֵיכֶ֔ם מֵחֲר֖וֹן אַף־ יְהוָֽה׃

בְּטֶ֨רֶם אצורך אֶצָּרְךָ֤ בַבֶּ֙טֶן֙ יְדַעְתִּ֔יךָ וּבְטֶ֛רֶם תֵּצֵ֥א מֵרֶ֖חֶם הִקְדַּשְׁתִּ֑יךָ נָבִ֥יא לַגּוֹיִ֖ם נְתַתִּֽיךָ׃
