vRSNe ta indur vRSabha piipaaya svaaduu raso madhupeyo varaaya

vi yo bharibhrad oSadhiiSu jihvaam atyo na rathyo dodhaviiti vaaraan

vedii suuno sahaso giirbhir ukthair aa te bhadraayaaM sumatau yatema

vishvaM hi ripram pravahanti deviir ud id aabhyaH shucir aa puuta emi

andhasya cin naasatyaa kRshasya cid yuvaam id aahur bhiSajaa rutasya cit

bRhaspatir uSasaM suuryaM gaam arkaM viveda stanayann iva dyauH

And he straitly charged them, and commanded them to tell no man that thing;

mahat tan naama guhyam puruspRg yena bhuutaM janayo yena bhavyam

tvaaM vardhanti kSitayaH pRthivyaaM tvaaM raaya ubhayaaso janaanaam

And their words seemed to them as idle tales, and they believed them not.

abhi tvaa naktiir uSaso vavaashire .agne vatsaM na svasareSu dhenavaH

Though he heap up silver as the dust, and prepare raiment as the clay;

Huz his firstborn, and Buz his brother, and Kemuel the father of Aram,

yan maanuSapradhanaa indram uutayaH sva\r nRSaaco maruto .amadann anu

Ye shall seek me, and shall not find me: and where I am, thither ye cannot come.

Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;

pra ye minanti varuNasya dhaama priyaa mitrasya cetato dhruvaaNi

vaishvaanaraaya matir navyasii shuciH soma iva pavate caarur agnaye

tubhyaM shcotanty adhrigo shaciiva stokaaso agne medaso ghRtasya

pravaacyaM shashvadhaa viirya\M tad indrasya karma yad ahiM vivRshcat

tvaM ha tyad indra codiiH sakhaa vRtraM yad vajrin vRSakarmann ubhnaaH

indraM tam ahve svapasyayaa dhiyaa maMhiSTharaatiM sa hi paprir andhasaH

sa duuto vishved abhi vaSTi sadmaa hotaa hiraNyaratho raMsujihvaH
