shubhras tvam indra vaavRdhaano asme daasiir vishaH suuryeNa sahyaaH

aMshuM duhanti hastino bharitrair madhvaH punanti dhaarayaa pavitraiH

Rtasya preSaa Rtasya dhiitir vishvaayur vishve apaaMsi cakruH

yaH shaMsantaM yaH shashamaanam uutii pacantaM ca stuvantaM ca praNeSat

indro ashraayi sudhyo\ nireke pajreSu stomo duryo na yuupaH

vRSNo astoSi bhuumyasya garbhaM trito napaatam apaaM suvRkti

yaabhiH sindhum madhumantam asashcataM vasiSThaM yaabhir ajaraav ajinvatam
