preSThaM vo atithiM stuSe mitram iva priyam

imaa u vaH sudaanavo ghRtaM na pipyuSiir iSaH

sa no vasva upa maasy uurjo napaan maahinasya

(For the men of war had taken spoil, every man for himself.)

agnir id dhi pracetaa agnir vedhastama RSiH

tvaM no vRtrahantamendrasyendo shivaH sakhaa

Ye call me Master and Lord: and ye say well; for so I am.

ete vaataa ivoravaH parjanyasyeva vRSTayaH

etaM tritasya yoSaNo hariM hinvanty adribhiH

eSa devo vipaa kRto .ati hvaraaMsi dhaavati

abhi pRtanyantaM tiSThaabhi yo na irasyati

indraM jaitraaya harSayaa shaciipatim

varuNo yasya darshato mitro vaa vanate giraH

satyam it tvaa mahenadi paruSNy ava dedisham

upa tvaa juhvo\ mama ghRtaaciir yantu haryata

tvotaasas tvaa yujaapsu suurye mahad dhanam

Then the disciples went away again unto their own home.
