aa yas te sarpiraasute .agne sham asti dhaayase

pra va indraaya maadanaM haryashvaaya gaayata

ni graamaaso avikSata ni padvanto ni pakSiNaH

sa pavasva vicarSaNa aa mahii rodasii pRNa

duuraad iheva yat saty a\ruNapsur ashishvitat

Then I answered them, The word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

We who are Jews by nature, and not sinners of the Gentiles,

I thought on my ways, and turned my feet unto thy testimonies.

I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

maa no araatir iishata devasya martyasya ca

pra suvaana indur akSaaH pavitram aty avyayam

sakhaayo brahmavaahase .arcata pra ca gaayata

indro madaaya vaavRdhe shavase vRtrahaa nRbhiH

abhi tvaa gotamaa giraa jaatavedo vicarSaNe

Then said his disciples, Lord, if he sleep, he shall do well.

tava kratvaa tavotibhir jyok pashyema suuryam

gomad dhiraNyavad vasu yad vaam ashvaavad iimahe

Lift up your hands in the sanctuary, and bless the LORD.

ukthaM cana shasyamaanam agor arir aa ciketa

yat somam indra viSNavi yad vaa gha trita aaptye

The proud have digged pits for me, which are not after thy law.

udyann adya mitramaha aarohann uttaraaM divam

surukme hi supeshasaadhi shriyaa viraajataH

He is the LORD our God: his judgments are in all the earth.
