vipraM hotaaram adruhaM dhuumaketuM vibhaavasum

indro vRtrasya dodhataH saanuM vajreNa hiiLitaH

sunirmathaa nirmathitaH sunidhaa nihitaH kaviH

Let him eschew evil, and do good; let him seek peace, and ensue it.

indo vy avyam arSasi vi shravaaMsi vi saubhagaa

sa marmRjaana aayubhiH prayasvaan prayase hitaH

aa soma suvaano adribhis tiro vaaraaNy avyayaa
