וַיִּצָּעֵ֧ק אִֽישׁ־ יִשְׂרָאֵ֛ל מִנַּפְתָּלִ֥י וּמִן־ אָשֵׁ֖ר וּמִן־ כָּל־ מְנַשֶּׁ֑ה וַֽיִּרְדְּפ֖וּ אַחֲרֵ֥י מִדְיָֽן׃
וְהִקְרִ֨יב מִמֶּ֤נּוּ אֶחָד֙ מִכָּל־ קָרְבָּ֔ן תְּרוּמָ֖ה לַיהוָ֑ה לַכֹּהֵ֗ן הַזֹּרֵ֛ק אֶת־ דַּ֥ם הַשְּׁלָמִ֖ים ל֥וֹ יִהְיֶֽה׃
וְלֹ֣א צָמְא֗וּ בָּחֳרָבוֹת֙ הֽוֹלִיכָ֔ם מַ֥יִם מִצּ֖וּר הִזִּ֣יל לָ֑מוֹ וַיִּ֨בְקַע־ צ֔וּר וַיָּזֻ֖בוּ מָֽיִם׃
וְאֶל־ הָעָ֤ם הַזֶּה֙ תֹּאמַ֔ר כֹּ֖ה אָמַ֣ר יְהוָ֑ה הִנְנִ֤י נֹתֵן֙ לִפְנֵיכֶ֔ם אֶת־ דֶּ֥רֶךְ הַחַיִּ֖ים וְאֶת־ דֶּ֥רֶךְ הַמָּֽוֶת׃
וּכְלִי־ חֶ֛רֶשׂ אֲשֶׁ֥ר תְּבֻשַּׁל־ בּ֖וֹ יִשָּׁבֵ֑ר וְאִם־ בִּכְלִ֤י נְחֹ֙שֶׁת֙ בֻּשָּׁ֔לָה וּמֹרַ֥ק וְשֻׁטַּ֖ף בַּמָּֽיִם׃
וְהָיָ֥ה עַֽל־ אַהֲרֹ֖ן לְשָׁרֵ֑ת וְנִשְׁמַ֣ע ק֠וֹלוֹ בְּבֹא֨וֹ אֶל־ הַקֹּ֜דֶשׁ לִפְנֵ֧י יְהוָ֛ה וּבְצֵאת֖וֹ וְלֹ֥א יָמֽוּת׃
חַי־ אָ֗נִי נְאֻם֙ אֲדֹנָ֣י יְהוִ֔ה אִם־ עָֽשְׂתָה֙ סְדֹ֣ם אֲחוֹתֵ֔ךְ הִ֖יא וּבְנוֹתֶ֑יהָ כַּאֲשֶׁ֣ר עָשִׂ֔ית אַ֖תְּ וּבְנוֹתָֽיִךְ׃
לִבְנֵ֨י מְרָרִ֜י לְמִשְׁפְּחֹתָ֗ם מִמַּטֵּ֨ה רְאוּבֵ֤ן וּמִמַּטֵּה־ גָד֙ וּמִמַּטֵּ֣ה זְבוּלֻ֔ן עָרִ֖ים שְׁתֵּ֥ים עֶשְׂרֵֽה׃
אִם־ תָּשׁ֨וּב יִשְׂרָאֵ֧ל ׀ נְאֻם־ יְהוָ֛ה אֵלַ֖י תָּשׁ֑וּב וְאִם־ תָּסִ֧יר שִׁקּוּצֶ֛יךָ מִפָּנַ֖י וְלֹ֥א תָנֽוּד׃
וַיְשַׁלַּ֨ח יְהוָ֜ה בָּעָ֗ם אֵ֚ת הַנְּחָשִׁ֣ים הַשְּׂרָפִ֔ים וַֽיְנַשְּׁכ֖וּ אֶת־ הָעָ֑ם וַיָּ֥מָת עַם־ רָ֖ב מִיִּשְׂרָאֵֽל׃
וַיְהִ֣י הַגּוֹרָ֗ל לְמַטֵּ֛ה בְּנֵ֥י יְהוּדָ֖ה לְמִשְׁפְּחֹתָ֑ם אֶל־ גְּב֨וּל אֱד֧וֹם מִדְבַּר־ צִ֛ן נֶ֖גְבָּה מִקְצֵ֥ה תֵימָֽן׃
הַצּוּר֙ תָּמִ֣ים פָּעֳל֔וֹ כִּ֥י כָל־ דְּרָכָ֖יו מִשְׁפָּ֑ט אֵ֤ל אֱמוּנָה֙ וְאֵ֣ין עָ֔וֶל צַדִּ֥יק וְיָשָׁ֖ר הֽוּא׃
אַל־ תִּבְכּ֣וּ לְמֵ֔ת וְאַל־ תָּנֻ֖דוּ ל֑וֹ בְּכ֤וּ בָכוֹ֙ לַֽהֹלֵ֔ךְ כִּ֣י לֹ֤א יָשׁוּב֙ ע֔וֹד וְרָאָ֖ה אֶת־ אֶ֥רֶץ מוֹלַדְתּֽוֹ׃
אֵ֤לֶּה אֶזְכְּרָ֨ה ׀ וְאֶשְׁפְּכָ֬ה עָלַ֨י ׀ נַפְשִׁ֗י כִּ֤י אֶֽעֱבֹ֨ר ׀ בַּסָּךְ֮ אֶדַּדֵּ֗ם עַד־ בֵּ֥ית אֱלֹ֫הִ֥ים בְּקוֹל־ רִנָּ֥ה וְתוֹדָ֗ה הָמ֥וֹן חוֹגֵֽג׃
וְעַל־ יָדָ֧ם הֶחֱזִ֛יק יְדָיָ֥ה בֶן־ חֲרוּמַ֖ף וְנֶ֣גֶד בֵּית֑וֹ וְעַל־ יָד֣וֹ הֶחֱזִ֔יק חַטּ֖וּשׁ בֶּן־ חֲשַׁבְנְיָֽה׃
וְהִקְרִיב֙ מִזֶּ֣בַח הַשְּׁלָמִ֔ים אִשֶּׁ֖ה לַיהוָ֑ה אֶת־ הַחֵ֙לֶב֙ הַֽמְכַסֶּ֣ה אֶת־ הַקֶּ֔רֶב וְאֵת֙ כָּל־ הַחֵ֔לֶב אֲשֶׁ֖ר עַל־ הַקֶּֽרֶב׃
וַיֵּ֣שֶׁב שְׁ֠לֹמֹה עַל־ כִּסֵּ֨א יְהוָ֧ה ׀ לְמֶ֛לֶךְ תַּֽחַת־ דָּוִ֥יד אָבִ֖יו וַיַּצְלַ֑ח וַיִּשְׁמְע֥וּ אֵלָ֖יו כָּל־ יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃
לָכֵ֗ן יִֽהְיֶ֤ה לָכֶם֙ הֶעָוֺ֣ן הַזֶּ֔ה כְּפֶ֣רֶץ נֹפֵ֔ל נִבְעֶ֖ה בְּחוֹמָ֣ה נִשְׂגָּבָ֑ה אֲשֶׁר־ פִּתְאֹ֥ם לְפֶ֖תַע יָב֥וֹא שִׁבְרָֽהּ׃
וַיִּקַּ֥ח רַב־ טַבָּחִ֖ים לְיִרְמְיָ֑הוּ וַיֹּ֣אמֶר אֵלָ֔יו יְהוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֶ֗יךָ דִּבֶּר֙ אֶת־ הָרָעָ֣ה הַזֹּ֔את אֶל־ הַמָּק֖וֹם הַזֶּֽה׃
And he did that which was evil in the sight of the LORD, as his father Manasseh did.
Remembering mine affliction and my misery, the wormwood and the gall.
The sun and the moon shall be darkened, and the stars shall withdraw their shining.
Nevertheless man being in honour abideth not: he is like the beasts that perish.
Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.

jahi shatrum antike duurake ca ya urviiM gavyuutim abhayaM ca nas kRdhi
puuSaa viSNus triiNi saraaMsi dhaavan vRtrahaNam madiram aMshum asmai
rushad vasaanaH sudRshiikaruupaH kSitir na raayaa puruvaaro adyaut
sa sukratur yo vi duraH paNiinaam punaano arkam purubhojasaM naH
shuSNam pipruM kuyavaM vRtram indra yadaavadhiir vi puraH shambarasya
aruSasya duhitaraa viruupe stRbhir anyaa pipishe suuro anyaa
καί τινες ἀναστάντες ἐψευδομαρτύρουν κατʼ αὐτοῦ λέγοντες
εἴ πως παραζηλώσω μου τὴν σάρκα καὶ σώσω τινὰς ἐξ αὐτῶν.
καὶ ὁ Ἰησοῦς εἶπεν αὐτῷ· Ἀνάβλεψον· ἡ πίστις σου σέσωκέν σε.
وَلَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا فِي سِتَّةِ أَيَّامٍ وَمَا مَسَّنَا مِنْ لُغُوبٍ
قَالَ رَبِّ إِنِّي ظَلَمْتُ نَفْسِي فَاغْفِرْ لِي فَغَفَرَ لَهُ إِنَّهُ هُوَ الْغَفُورُ الرَّحِيمُ
وَمَا ذَرَأَ لَكُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ مُخْتَلِفًا أَلْوَانُهُ إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لَآيَةً لِقَوْمٍ يَذَّكَّرُونَ
