וַיֵּ֨צְא֜וּ נֹגְשֵׂ֤י הָעָם֙ וְשֹׁ֣טְרָ֔יו וַיֹּאמְר֥וּ אֶל־ הָעָ֖ם לֵאמֹ֑ר כֹּ֚ה אָמַ֣ר פַּרְעֹ֔ה אֵינֶ֛נִּי נֹתֵ֥ן לָכֶ֖ם תֶּֽבֶן׃
וַיֹּ֧אמֶר יְהוָ֛ה אֶל־ הַשָּׂטָ֖ן מֵאַ֣יִן תָּבֹ֑א וַיַּ֨עַן הַשָּׂטָ֤ן אֶת־ יְהוָה֙ וַיֹּאמַ֔ר מִשּׁ֣וּט בָּאָ֔רֶץ וּמֵֽהִתְהַלֵּ֖ךְ בָּֽהּ׃
וַיְהִ֣י בְּבוֹאָ֗הּ וַתְּסִיתֵ֙הוּ֙ לִשְׁא֤וֹל מֵֽאֵת־ אָבִ֙יהָ֙ שָׂדֶ֔ה וַתִּצְנַ֖ח מֵעַ֣ל הַחֲמ֑וֹר וַיֹּֽאמֶר־ לָ֥הּ כָּלֵ֖ב מַה־ לָּֽךְ׃
אַל־ תִּירָא֙ כִּ֣י עִמְּךָ־ אָ֔נִי אַל־ תִּשְׁתָּ֖ע כִּֽי־ אֲנִ֣י אֱלֹהֶ֑יךָ אִמַּצְתִּ֙יךָ֙ אַף־ עֲזַרְתִּ֔יךָ אַף־ תְּמַכְתִּ֖יךָ בִּימִ֥ין צִדְקִֽי׃
וַיִּקְרָ֤א מֶֽלֶךְ־ מִצְרַ֙יִם֙ לַֽמְיַלְּדֹ֔ת וַיֹּ֣אמֶר לָהֶ֔ן מַדּ֥וּעַ עֲשִׂיתֶ֖ן הַדָּבָ֣ר הַזֶּ֑ה וַתְּחַיֶּ֖יןָ אֶת־ הַיְלָדִֽים׃
וּלְלֵוִ֣י אָמַ֔ר תֻּמֶּ֥יךָ וְאוּרֶ֖יךָ לְאִ֣ישׁ חֲסִידֶ֑ךָ אֲשֶׁ֤ר נִסִּיתוֹ֙ בְּמַסָּ֔ה תְּרִיבֵ֖הוּ עַל־ מֵ֥י מְרִיבָֽה׃
וְלֹ֖א שָׁמֵ֑עוּ וַיַּתְעֵ֤ם מְנַשֶּׁה֙ לַעֲשׂ֣וֹת אֶת־ הָרָ֔ע מִן־ הַ֨גּוֹיִ֔ם אֲשֶׁר֙ הִשְׁמִ֣יד יְהוָ֔ה מִפְּנֵ֖י בְּנֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃
וַיֹּ֨אמֶר יְהוָ֜ה אֶל־ מֹשֶׁ֗ה קַח־ לְךָ֙ אֶת־ יְהוֹשֻׁ֣עַ בִּן־ נ֔וּן אִ֖ישׁ אֲשֶׁר־ ר֣וּחַ בּ֑וֹ וְסָמַכְתָּ֥ אֶת־ יָדְךָ֖ עָלָֽיו׃
וַיֹּ֗אמֶר הֲיָדַ֙עְתָּ֙ לָמָּה־ בָּ֣אתִי אֵלֶ֔יךָ וְעַתָּ֣ה אָשׁ֔וּב לְהִלָּחֵ֖ם עִם־ שַׂ֣ר פָּרָ֑ס וַאֲנִ֣י יוֹצֵ֔א וְהִנֵּ֥ה שַׂר־ יָוָ֖ן בָּֽא׃
וַיָּבֹ֨א אַבְנֵ֤ר אֶל־ דָּוִד֙ חֶבְר֔וֹן וְאִתּ֖וֹ עֶשְׂרִ֣ים אֲנָשִׁ֑ים וַיַּ֨עַשׂ דָּוִ֧ד לְאַבְנֵ֛ר וְלַאֲנָשִׁ֥ים אֲשֶׁר־ אִתּ֖וֹ מִשְׁתֶּֽה׃
וּ֠רְגָמֻהוּ כָּל־ אַנְשֵׁ֨י עִיר֤וֹ בָֽאֲבָנִים֙ וָמֵ֔ת וּבִֽעַרְתָּ֥ הָרָ֖ע מִקִּרְבֶּ֑ךָ וְכָל־ יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל יִשְׁמְע֥וּ וְיִרָֽאוּ׃
וַיָּקֻ֨מוּ כָל־ הָעָ֜ם מִקָּטֹ֤ן וְעַד־ גָּדוֹל֙ וְשָׂרֵ֣י הַחֲיָלִ֔ים וַיָּבֹ֖אוּ מִצְרָ֑יִם כִּ֥י יָרְא֖וּ מִפְּנֵ֥י כַשְׂדִּֽים׃
כִּֽי־ תַעֲבֹ֤ר בַּמַּ֙יִם֙ אִתְּךָ־ אָ֔נִי וּבַנְּהָר֖וֹת לֹ֣א יִשְׁטְפ֑וּךָ כִּֽי־ תֵלֵ֤ךְ בְּמוֹ־ אֵשׁ֙ לֹ֣א תִכָּוֶ֔ה וְלֶהָבָ֖ה לֹ֥א תִבְעַר־ בָּֽךְ׃
עֵ֚ד הַגַּ֣ל הַזֶּ֔ה וְעֵדָ֖ה הַמַּצֵּבָ֑ה אִם־ אָ֗נִי לֹֽא־ אֽ͏ֶעֱבֹ֤ר אֵלֶ֙יךָ֙ אֶת־ הַגַּ֣ל הַזֶּ֔ה וְאִם־ אַ֠תָּה לֹא־ תַעֲבֹ֨ר אֵלַ֜י אֶת־ הַגַּ֥ל הַזֶּ֛ה וְאֶת־ הַמַּצֵּבָ֥ה הַזֹּ֖את לְרָעָֽה׃
וְאֶל־ בְּנֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל תְּדַבֵּ֣ר לֵאמֹ֑ר קְח֤וּ שְׂעִיר־ עִזִּים֙ לְחַטָּ֔את וְעֵ֨גֶל וָכֶ֧בֶשׂ בְּנֵי־ שָׁנָ֛ה תְּמִימִ֖ם לְעֹלָֽה׃
בִּשְׁנַת֙ שְׁתֵּ֣ים עֶשְׂרֵ֔ה לְאָחָ֖ז מֶ֣לֶךְ יְהוּדָ֑ה מָ֠לַךְ הוֹשֵׁ֨עַ בֶּן־ אֵלָ֧ה בְשֹׁמְר֛וֹן עַל־ יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל תֵּ֥שַׁע שָׁנִֽים׃
וַיִּתְּנ֨וּ לָהֶ֜ם אֶת־ עָרֵ֧י הַמִּקְלָ֛ט אֶת־ שְׁכֶ֥ם וְאֶת־ מִגְרָשֶׁ֖יהָ בְּהַ֣ר אֶפְרָ֑יִם וְאֶת־ גֶּ֖זֶר וְאֶת־ מִגְרָשֶֽׁיהָ׃
וְלֹֽא־ שָׁמַע֩ יוֹחָנָ֨ן בֶּן־ קָרֵ֜חַ וְכָל־ שָׂרֵ֧י הַחֲיָלִ֛ים וְכָל־ הָעָ֖ם בְּק֣וֹל יְהוָ֑ה לָשֶׁ֖בֶת בְּאֶ֥רֶץ יְהוּדָֽה׃
וּשְׁמַרְתֶּ֗ם אֶת־ דִּבְרֵי֙ הַבְּרִ֣ית הַזֹּ֔את וַעֲשִׂיתֶ֖ם אֹתָ֑ם לְמַ֣עַן תַּשְׂכִּ֔ילוּ אֵ֖ת כָּל־ אֲשֶׁ֥ר תַּעֲשֽׂוּן׃
וְגַ֣ם אָנֹכִ֗י הִשְׁאִלְתִּ֙הוּ֙ לַֽיהוָ֔ה כָּל־ הַיָּמִים֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר הָיָ֔ה ה֥וּא שָׁא֖וּל לַֽיהוָ֑ה וַיִּשְׁתַּ֥חוּ שָׁ֖ם לַיהוָֽה׃
But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,
And as Peter was beneath in the palace, there cometh one of the maids of the high priest:
Grace be with all them that love our Lord Jesus Christ in sincerity. Amen.
And these all, having obtained a good report through faith, received not the promise:
And Israel sent messengers unto Sihon king of the Amorites, saying,
Princes are hanged up by their hand: the faces of elders were not honoured.
They have seen thy goings, O God; even the goings of my God, my King, in the sanctuary.
And they were all amazed, and were in doubt, saying one to another, What meaneth this?
And I said, Oh that I had wings like a dove! for then would I fly away, and be at rest.
Saying, Unto thee will I give the land of Canaan, the lot of your inheritance;
And Shechem spake unto his father Hamor, saying, Get me this damsel to wife.
And Joseph fell upon his father’s face, and wept upon him, and kissed him.
Saying, Unto thee will I give the land of Canaan, the lot of your inheritance:
Even as I have seen, they that plow iniquity, and sow wickedness, reap the same.
And he said, So is the kingdom of God, as if a man should cast seed into the ground;
And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.
If the scourge slay suddenly, he will laugh at the trial of the innocent.
For my brethren and companions’ sakes, I will now say, Peace be within thee.
He directeth it under the whole heaven, and his lightning unto the ends of the earth.
अधिष्ठानं तथा कर्ता करणं च पृथग्विधम् । विविधाश्च पृथक्चेष्टा दैवं चैवात्र पञ्चमम्
prehi prehi pathibhiH puurvyebhir yatraa naH puurve pitaraH pareyuH
ati kramiSTaM juratam paNer asuM jyotir vipraaya kRNutaM vacasyave
yuuyaM hi soma pitaro mama sthana divo muurdhaanaH prasthitaa vayaskRtaH
taM naakam aryo agRbhiitashociSaM rushat pippalam maruto vi dhuunutha
arvanto vaa ye rayimantaH saatau vanuM vaa ye sushruNaM sushruto dhuH
ὁ λαβὼν αὐτοῦ τὴν μαρτυρίαν ἐσφράγισεν ὅτι ὁ θεὸς ἀληθής ἐστιν.
καὶ ἠκολούθησαν αὐτῷ ὄχλοι πολλοί, καὶ ἐθεράπευσεν αὐτοὺς ἐκεῖ.
يَسْمَعُ آيَاتِ اللَّهِ تُتْلَى عَلَيْهِ ثُمَّ يُصِرُّ مُسْتَكْبِرًا كَأَنْ لَمْ يَسْمَعْهَا فَبَشِّرْهُ بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ
وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَا فِي قَرْيَةٍ مِنْ نَذِيرٍ إِلَّا قَالَ مُتْرَفُوهَا إِنَّا بِمَا أُرْسِلْتُمْ بِهِ كَافِرُونَ
فَبِظُلْمٍ مِنَ الَّذِينَ هَادُوا حَرَّمْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ طَيِّبَاتٍ أُحِلَّتْ لَهُمْ وَبِصَدِّهِمْ عَنْ سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ كَثِيرًا
