וַיֶּחֱזַק־ בּ֤וֹ חֹֽתְנוֹ֙ אֲבִ֣י הַֽנַּעֲרָ֔ה וַיֵּ֥שֶׁב אִתּ֖וֹ שְׁלֹ֣שֶׁת יָמִ֑ים וַיֹּאכְלוּ֙ וַיִּשְׁתּ֔וּ וַיָּלִ֖ינוּ שָֽׁם׃
וּמֵרָאשֵׁי֙ הָֽאָב֔וֹת בְּבוֹאָ֕ם לְבֵ֥ית יְהוָ֖ה אֲשֶׁ֣ר בִּירוּשָׁלָ֑͏ִם הִֽתְנַדְּבוּ֙ לְבֵ֣ית הָֽאֱלֹהִ֔ים לְהַעֲמִיד֖וֹ עַל־ מְכוֹנֽוֹ׃
וַיָּב֗וֹא אֶל־ הַגּוֹיִם֙ אֲשֶׁר־ בָּ֣אוּ שָׁ֔ם וַֽיְחַלְּל֖וּ אֶת־ שֵׁ֣ם קָדְשִׁ֑י בֶּאֱמֹ֤ר לָהֶם֙ עַם־ יְהוָ֣ה אֵ֔לֶּה וּמֵאַרְצ֖וֹ יָצָֽאוּ׃
וּמָ֣צָא בָ֗הּ אִ֤ישׁ מִסְכֵּן֙ חָכָ֔ם וּמִלַּט־ ה֥וּא אֶת־ הָעִ֖יר בְּחָכְמָת֑וֹ וְאָדָם֙ לֹ֣א זָכַ֔ר אֶת־ הָאִ֥ישׁ הַמִּסְכֵּ֖ן הַהּֽוּא׃
וַיְהִ֣י ׀ בַּיּ֣וֹם הַשִּׁשִּׁ֗י לָֽקְט֥וּ לֶ֙חֶם֙ מִשְׁנֶ֔ה שְׁנֵ֥י הָעֹ֖מֶר לָאֶחָ֑ד וַיָּבֹ֙אוּ֙ כָּל־ נְשִׂיאֵ֣י הָֽעֵדָ֔ה וַיַּגִּ֖ידוּ לְמֹשֶֽׁה׃
כִּ֣י עַ֤ם קָדוֹשׁ֙ אַתָּ֔ה לַיהוָ֖ה אֱלֹהֶ֑יךָ בְּךָ֞ בָּחַ֣ר ׀ יְהוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֶ֗יךָ לִהְי֥וֹת לוֹ֙ לְעַ֣ם סְגֻלָּ֔ה מִכֹּל֙ הָֽעַמִּ֔ים אֲשֶׁ֖ר עַל־ פְּנֵ֥י הָאֲדָמָֽה׃
כִּֽי־ יִהְיֶ֤ה בְךָ֙ אִ֔ישׁ אֲשֶׁ֛ר לֹא־ יִהְיֶ֥ה טָה֖וֹר מִקְּרֵה־ לָ֑יְלָה וְיָצָא֙ אֶל־ מִח֣וּץ לַֽמַּחֲנֶ֔ה לֹ֥א יָבֹ֖א אֶל־ תּ֥וֹךְ הַֽמַּחֲנֶֽה׃
וְצִוָּ֤ה עָלֶ֙יךָ֙ יְהוָ֔ה לֹֽא־ יִזָּרַ֥ע מִשִּׁמְךָ֖ ע֑וֹד מִבֵּ֨ית אֱלֹהֶ֜יךָ אַכְרִ֨ית פֶּ֧סֶל וּמַסֵּכָ֛ה אָשִׂ֥ים קִבְרֶ֖ךָ כִּ֥י קַלּֽוֹתָ׃
וְעַתָּ֡ה אִם־ נָא֩ מָצָ֨אתִי חֵ֜ן בְּעֵינֶ֗יךָ הוֹדִעֵ֤נִי נָא֙ אֶת־ דְּרָכֶ֔ךָ וְאֵדָ֣עֲךָ֔ לְמַ֥עַן אֶמְצָא־ חֵ֖ן בְּעֵינֶ֑יךָ וּרְאֵ֕ה כִּ֥י עַמְּךָ֖ הַגּ֥וֹי הַזֶּֽה׃
וְעַתָּ֗ה הִֽתְיַצְּב֛וּ וְאִשָּׁפְטָ֥ה אִתְּכֶ֖ם לִפְנֵ֣י יְהוָ֑ה אֵ֚ת כָּל־ צִדְק֣וֹת יְהוָ֔ה אֲשֶׁר־ עָשָׂ֥ה אִתְּכֶ֖ם וְאֶת־ אֲבוֹתֵיכֶֽם׃
וְסָמַ֤ךְ אֶת־ יָדוֹ֙ עַל־ רֹאשׁ֔וֹ וְשָׁחַ֣ט אֹת֔וֹ לִפְנֵ֖י אֹ֣הֶל מוֹעֵ֑ד וְ֠זָרְקוּ בְּנֵ֨י אַהֲרֹ֧ן אֶת־ דָּמ֛וֹ עַל־ הַמִּזְבֵּ֖חַ סָבִֽיב׃
אֶל־ הֶֽהָרִים֙ לֹ֣א אָכָ֔ל וְעֵינָיו֙ לֹ֣א נָשָׂ֔א אֶל־ גִּלּוּלֵ֖י בֵּ֣ית יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל וְאֶת־ אֵ֤שֶׁת רֵעֵ֙הוּ֙ לֹ֣א טִמֵּ֔א וְאֶל־ אִשָּׁ֥ה נִדָּ֖ה לֹ֥א יִקְרָֽב׃
מֹשֶׁ֥ה עַבְדִּ֖י מֵ֑ת וְעַתָּה֩ ק֨וּם עֲבֹ֜ר אֶת־ הַיַּרְדֵּ֣ן הַזֶּ֗ה אַתָּה֙ וְכָל־ הָעָ֣ם הַזֶּ֔ה אֶל־ הָאָ֕רֶץ אֲשֶׁ֧ר אָנֹכִ֛י נֹתֵ֥ן לָהֶ֖ם לִבְנֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃
וַיֵּ֣דַע אוֹנָ֔ן כִּ֛י לֹּ֥א ל֖וֹ יִהְיֶ֣ה הַזָּ֑רַע וְהָיָ֞ה אִם־ בָּ֨א אֶל־ אֵ֤שֶׁת אָחִיו֙ וְשִׁחֵ֣ת אַ֔רְצָה לְבִלְתִּ֥י נְתָן־ זֶ֖רַע לְאָחִֽיו׃
בַּיּ֣וֹם הַה֗וּא אַצְמִ֤יחַ קֶ֙רֶן֙ לְבֵ֣ית יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל וּלְךָ֛ אֶתֵּ֥ן פִּתְחֽוֹן־ פֶּ֖ה בְּתוֹכָ֑ם וְיָדְע֖וּ כִּי־ אֲנִ֥י יְהוָֽה׃
וּבְהוֹצִיאָ֣ם אֶת־ הַכֶּ֔סֶף הַמּוּבָ֖א בֵּ֣ית יְהוָ֑ה מָצָא֙ חִלְקִיָּ֣הוּ הַכֹּהֵ֔ן אֶת־ סֵ֥פֶר תּֽוֹרַת־ יְהוָ֖ה בְּיַד־ מֹשֶֽׁה׃
הַתְּאֵנָה֙ חָֽנְטָ֣ה פַגֶּ֔יהָ וְהַגְּפָנִ֥ים ׀ סְמָדַ֖ר נָ֣תְנוּ רֵ֑יחַ ק֥וּמִי לכי לָ֛ךְ רַעְיָתִ֥י יָפָתִ֖י וּלְכִי־ לָֽךְ׃
On the sixth day Eliasaph the son of Deuel, prince of the children of Gad, offered:
And they said unto him, Nay, my lord, but to buy food are thy servants come.
Wherefore doth a living man complain, a man for the punishment of his sins?
I will speak of thy testimonies also before kings, and will not be ashamed.
The LORD by wisdom hath founded the earth; by understanding hath he established the heavens.
The sons also of Hezron, that were born unto him; Jerahmeel, and Ram, and Chelubai.
Correct thy son, and he shall give thee rest; yea, he shall give delight unto thy soul.
He croucheth, and humbleth himself, that the poor may fall by his strong ones.
Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.
The king by judgment establisheth the land: but he that receiveth gifts overthroweth it.
Thou didst march through the land in indignation, thou didst thresh the heathen in anger.
Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.
And he came to Jerusalem in the fifth month, which was in the seventh year of the king.
Then let mine arm fall from my shoulder blade, and mine arm be broken from the bone.
In the day of my trouble I will call upon thee: for thou wilt answer me.
Thou hast also given me the shield of thy salvation: and thy gentleness hath made me great.
Turn away mine eyes from beholding vanity; and quicken thou me in thy way.
And when the ten heard it, they were moved with indignation against the two brethren.
See, I have called by name Bezaleel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah:
The LORD shall smite thee with madness, and blindness, and astonishment of heart:
A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in pictures of silver.
Behold, my servant shall deal prudently, he shall be exalted and extolled, and be very high.
As vinegar to the teeth, and as smoke to the eyes, so is the sluggard to them that send him.
And I, behold, I establish my covenant with you, and with your seed after you;
बुद्धिर्ज्ञानमसम्मोहः क्षमा सत्यं दमः शमः । सुखं दुःखं भवोऽभावो भयं चाभयमेव च
uto hi vaaM daatraa santi puurvaa yaa puurubhyas trasadasyur nitoshe
imaam pratnaaya suSTutiM naviiyasiiM voceyam asmaa ushate shRNotu naH
atrer iva shRNutam puurvyastutiM shyaavaashvasya sunvato madacyutaa
οἴδαμεν γὰρ ὅτι πᾶσα ἡ κτίσις συστενάζει καὶ συνωδίνει ἄχρι τοῦ νῦν·
ὁ δὲ θεὸς πλούσιος ὢν ἐν ἐλέει, διὰ τὴν πολλὴν ἀγάπην αὐτοῦ ἣν ἠγάπησεν ἡμᾶς,
قُلْ نَزَّلَهُ رُوحُ الْقُدُسِ مِنْ رَبِّكَ بِالْحَقِّ لِيُثَبِّتَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَهُدًى وَبُشْرَى لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ
إِنَّ الَّذِينَ ارْتَدُّوا عَلَى أَدْبَارِهِمْ مِنْ بَعْدِ مَا تَبَيَّنَ لَهُمُ الْهُدَى الشَّيْطَانُ سَوَّلَ لَهُمْ وَأَمْلَى لَهُمْ
وَدَّتْ طَائِفَةٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ لَوْ يُضِلُّونَكُمْ وَمَا يُضِلُّونَ إِلَّا أَنْفُسَهُمْ وَمَا يَشْعُرُونَ
