וְשָׁמַרְתָּ֨ אֶת־ הַמִּצְוָ֜ה וְאֶת־ הֽ͏ַחֻקִּ֣ים וְאֶת־ הַמִּשְׁפָּטִ֗ים אֲשֶׁ֨ר אָנֹכִ֧י מְצַוְּךָ֛ הַיּ֖וֹם לַעֲשׂוֹתָֽם׃
מֵאֵ֗לֶּה לְנַצֵּ֙חַ֙ עַל־ מְלֶ֣אכֶת בֵּית־ יְהוָ֔ה עֶשְׂרִ֥ים וְאַרְבָּעָ֖ה אָ֑לֶף וְשֹׁטְרִ֥ים וְשֹׁפְטִ֖ים שֵׁ֥שֶׁת אֲלָפִֽים׃
כִּ֧י עַל־ אַפִּ֣י וְעַל־ חֲמָתִ֗י הָ֤יְתָה לִּי֙ הָעִ֣יר הַזֹּ֔את לְמִן־ הַיּוֹם֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר בָּנ֣וּ אוֹתָ֔הּ וְעַ֖ד הַיּ֣וֹם הַזֶּ֑ה לַהֲסִירָ֖הּ מֵעַ֥ל פָּנָֽי׃
הַדּ֣וּד אֶחָ֗ד תְּאֵנִים֙ טֹב֣וֹת מְאֹ֔ד כִּתְאֵנֵ֖י הַבַּכֻּר֑וֹת וְהַדּ֣וּד אֶחָ֗ד תְּאֵנִים֙ רָע֣וֹת מְאֹ֔ד אֲשֶׁ֥ר לֹא־ תֵֽאָכַ֖לְנָה מֵרֹֽעַ׃
בְּרִיתִ֣י ׀ הָיְתָ֣ה אִתּ֗וֹ הַֽחַיִּים֙ וְהַ֨שָּׁל֔וֹם וָאֶתְּנֵֽם־ ל֥וֹ מוֹרָ֖א וַיִּֽירָאֵ֑נִי וּמִפְּנֵ֥י שְׁמִ֖י נִחַ֥ת הֽוּא׃
וַיִּשְׁמַ֨ע מֹשֶׁ֜ה אֶת־ הָעָ֗ם בֹּכֶה֙ לְמִשְׁפְּחֹתָ֔יו אִ֖ישׁ לְפֶ֣תַח אָהֳל֑וֹ וַיִּֽחַר־ אַ֤ף יְהוָה֙ מְאֹ֔ד וּבְעֵינֵ֥י מֹשֶׁ֖ה רָֽע׃
וַיַּחְלְק֥וּם בְּגוֹרָל֖וֹת אֵ֣לֶּה עִם־ אֵ֑לֶּה כִּי־ הָי֤וּ שָֽׂרֵי־ קֹ֙דֶשׁ֙ וְשָׂרֵ֣י הָאֱלֹהִ֔ים מִבְּנֵ֥י אֶלְעָזָ֖ר וּבִבְנֵ֥י אִיתָמָֽר׃
And of Jezebel also spake the LORD, saying, The dogs shall eat Jezebel by the wall of Jezreel.
And he touched her hand, and the fever left her: and she arose, and ministered unto them.
And Kattath, and Nahallal, and Shimron, and Idalah, and Bethlehem: twelve cities with their villages.
The beauty of Israel is slain upon thy high places: how are the mighty fallen!
If he turn not, he will whet his sword; he hath bent his bow, and made it ready.
Mercy and truth are met together; righteousness and peace have kissed each other.
For with stammering lips and another tongue will he speak to this people.
