וְאֶחָיו֙ רָאשִׁ֣ים לְאָב֔וֹת מָאתַ֖יִם אַרְבָּעִ֣ים וּשְׁנָ֑יִם וַעֲמַשְׁסַ֧י בֶּן־ עֲזַרְאֵ֛ל בֶּן־ אַחְזַ֥י בֶּן־ מְשִׁלֵּמ֖וֹת בֶּן־ אִמֵּֽר׃
וַיִּקַּ֨ח חֶמְאָ֜ה וְחָלָ֗ב וּבֶן־ הַבָּקָר֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר עָשָׂ֔ה וַיִּתֵּ֖ן לִפְנֵיהֶ֑ם וְהֽוּא־ עֹמֵ֧ד עֲלֵיהֶ֛ם תַּ֥חַת הָעֵ֖ץ וַיֹּאכֵֽלוּ׃
וַיַּעֲבֹ֤ר הַמֶּ֙לֶךְ֙ הַגִּלְגָּ֔לָה וְכִמְהָ֖ן עָבַ֣ר עִמּ֑וֹ וְכָל־ עַ֤ם יְהוּדָה֙ ויעברו הֶעֱבִ֣ירוּ אֶת־ הַמֶּ֔לֶךְ וְגַ֕ם חֲצִ֖י עַ֥ם יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃
וְאֵת֙ הַכֶּ֣בֶשׂ הַשֵּׁנִ֔י תַּעֲשֶׂ֖ה בֵּ֣ין הָֽעַרְבָּ֑יִם כְּמִנְחַ֨ת הַבֹּ֤קֶר וּכְנִסְכּוֹ֙ תַּעֲשֶׂ֔ה אִשֵּׁ֛ה רֵ֥יחַ נִיחֹ֖חַ לַיהוָֽה׃
לֶ֣חֶם חֲמֻד֞וֹת לֹ֣א אָכַ֗לְתִּי וּבָשָׂ֥ר וָיַ֛יִן לֹא־ בָ֥א אֶל־ פִּ֖י וְס֣וֹךְ לֹא־ סָ֑כְתִּי עַד־ מְלֹ֕את שְׁלֹ֥שֶׁת שָׁבֻעִ֖ים יָמִֽים׃
And he said unto his sons, Saddle me the ass. So they saddled him the ass: and he rode thereon,
Before the mountains were settled, before the hills was I brought forth:
And it came to pass after ten days, that the word of the LORD came unto Jeremiah.
In thy name shall they rejoice all the day: and in thy righteousness shall they be exalted.
Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Then an herald cried aloud, To you it is commanded, O people, nations, and languages,
And the woman bare a son, and called his name Samson: and the child grew, and the LORD blessed him.
तत्त्ववित्तु महाबाहो गुणकर्मविभागयोः । गुणा गुणेषु वर्तन्त इति मत्वा न सज्जते
وَقَالُوا لَا تَذَرُنَّ آلِهَتَكُمْ وَلَا تَذَرُنَّ وَدًّا وَلَا سُوَاعًا وَلَا يَغُوثَ وَيَعُوقَ وَنَسْرًا
