וַיֹּאכְל֣וּ וַיִּשְׁתּ֗וּ ה֛וּא וְהָאֲנָשִׁ֥ים אֲשֶׁר־ עִמּ֖וֹ וַיָּלִ֑ינוּ וַיָּק֣וּמוּ בַבֹּ֔קֶר וַיֹּ֖אמֶר שַׁלְּחֻ֥נִי לֽ͏ַאדֹנִֽי׃
וְעַתָּ֕ה לָכֵ֛ן כֹּֽה־ אָמַ֥ר יְהוָ֖ה אֱלֹהֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל אֶל־ הָעִ֨יר הַזֹּ֜את אֲשֶׁ֣ר ׀ אַתֶּ֣ם אֹמְרִ֗ים נִתְּנָה֙ בְּיַ֣ד מֶֽלֶךְ־ בָּבֶ֔ל בַּחֶ֖רֶב וּבָרָעָ֥ב וּבַדָּֽבֶר׃
וַיְקַטְּרוּ־ שָׁם֙ בְּכָל־ בָּמ֔וֹת כַּגּוֹיִ֕ם אֲשֶׁר־ הֶגְלָ֥ה יְהוָ֖ה מִפְּנֵיהֶ֑ם וַֽיַּעֲשׂוּ֙ דְּבָרִ֣ים רָעִ֔ים לְהַכְעִ֖יס אֶת־ יְהוָֽה׃
וְנֶאֱסַ֨ף שִׂמְחָ֤ה וָגִיל֙ מִן־ הַכַּרְמֶ֔ל וּבַכְּרָמִ֥ים לֹֽא־ יְרֻנָּ֖ן לֹ֣א יְרֹעָ֑ע יַ֗יִן בַּיְקָבִ֛ים לֹֽא־ יִדְרֹ֥ךְ הַדֹּרֵ֖ךְ הֵידָ֥ד הִשְׁבַּֽתִּי׃
וְאֶ֨ת־ הָאַ֔יִל תְּנַתֵּ֖חַ לִנְתָחָ֑יו וְרָחַצְתָּ֤ קִרְבּוֹ֙ וּכְרָעָ֔יו וְנָתַתָּ֥ עַל־ נְתָחָ֖יו וְעַל־ רֹאשֽׁוֹ׃
וַיֹּ֨אמֶר יְהוָ֜ה אֶל־ יְהוֹשֻׁ֗עַ נְ֠טֵה בַּכִּיד֤וֹן אֲשֶׁר־ בְּיָֽדְךָ֙ אֶל־ הָעַ֔י כִּ֥י בְיָדְךָ֖ אֶתְּנֶ֑נָּה וַיֵּ֧ט יְהוֹשֻׁ֛עַ בַּכִּיד֥וֹן אֲשֶׁר־ בְּיָד֖וֹ אֶל־ הָעִֽיר׃
וַיַּעַבְר֤וּ בְנֵֽי־ עַמּוֹן֙ אֶת־ הַיַּרְדֵּ֔ן לְהִלָּחֵ֛ם גַּם־ בִּיהוּדָ֥ה וּבְבִנְיָמִ֖ין וּבְבֵ֣ית אֶפְרָ֑יִם וַתֵּ֥צֶר לְיִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל מְאֹֽד׃
וּשְׁאָ֣ר אֻמַּיָּ֗א דִּ֤י הַגְלִי֙ אָסְנַפַּר֙ רַבָּ֣א וְיַקִּירָ֔א וְהוֹתֵ֣ב הִמּ֔וֹ בְּקִרְיָ֖ה דִּ֣י שָׁמְרָ֑יִן וּשְׁאָ֥ר עֲבַֽר־ נַהֲרָ֖ה וּכְעֶֽנֶת׃
וּנְתַתִּ֞יךְ לִצְחִ֣יחַ סֶ֗לַע מִשְׁטַ֤ח חֲרָמִים֙ תִּֽהְיֶ֔ה לֹ֥א תִבָּנֶ֖ה ע֑וֹד כִּ֣י אֲנִ֤י יְהוָה֙ דִּבַּ֔רְתִּי נְאֻ֖ם אֲדֹנָ֥י יְהוִֽה׃
וַיֹּ֨אמֶר יוֹסֵ֤ף אֶל־ אֶחָיו֙ אֲנִ֣י יוֹסֵ֔ף הַע֥וֹד אָבִ֖י חָ֑י וְלֹֽא־ יָכְל֤וּ אֶחָיו֙ לַעֲנ֣וֹת אֹת֔וֹ כִּ֥י נִבְהֲל֖וּ מִפָּנָֽיו׃
A fool hath no delight in understanding, but that his heart may discover itself.
Rejoice not when thine enemy falleth, and let not thine heart be glad when he stumbleth:
And with many such parables spake he the word unto them, as they were able to hear it.
And when the queen of Sheba had seen all Solomon’s wisdom, and the house that he had built,
For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
For I will cleanse their blood that I have not cleansed: for the LORD dwelleth in Zion.
Let him kiss me with the kisses of his mouth: for thy love is better than wine.
So when this was done, others also, which had diseases in the island, came, and were healed:
I will go into thy house with burnt offerings: I will pay thee my vows,
And the priest shall look upon the plague, and shut up it that hath the plague seven days:
The one lamb thou shalt offer in the morning; and the other lamb thou shalt offer at even:
Let those that fear thee turn unto me, and those that have known thy testimonies.
And by the border of Zebulun, from the east side unto the west side, Gad a portion.
Sing aloud unto God our strength: make a joyful noise unto the God of Jacob.
And his servants spake yet more against the LORD God, and against his servant Hezekiah.
Whom dost thou pass in beauty? go down, and be thou laid with the uncircumcised.
तत्र सत्त्वं निर्मलत्वात्प्रकाशकमनामयम् । सुखसङ्गेन बध्नाति ज्ञानसङ्गेन चानघ
मया ततमिदं सर्वं जगदव्यक्तमूर्तिना । मत्स्थानि सर्वभूतानि न चाहं तेष्ववस्थितः
इच्छाद्वेषसमुत्थेन द्वन्द्वमोहेन भारत । सर्वभूतानि सम्मोहं सर्गे यान्ति परन्तप
दिव्यमाल्याम्बरधरं दिव्यगन्धानुलेपनम् । सर्वाश्चर्यमयं देवमनन्तं विश्वतोमुखम्
अनपेक्षः शुचिर्दक्ष उदासीनो गतव्यथः । सर्वारम्भपरित्यागी यो मद्भक्तः स मे प्रियः
चिन्तामपरिमेयां च प्रलयान्तामुपाश्रिताः । कामोपभोगपरमा एतावदिति निश्चिताः
यस्य सर्वे समारम्भाः कामसङ्कल्पवर्जिताः । ज्ञानाग्निदग्धकर्माणं तमाहुः पण्डितं बुधाः
يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ جَاهِدِ الْكُفَّارَ وَالْمُنَافِقِينَ وَاغْلُظْ عَلَيْهِمْ وَمَأْوَاهُمْ جَهَنَّمُ وَبِئْسَ الْمَصِيرُ
يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ جَاهِدِ الْكُفَّارَ وَالْمُنَافِقِينَ وَاغْلُظْ عَلَيْهِمْ وَمَأْوَاهُمْ جَهَنَّمُ وَبِئْسَ الْمَصِيرُ
