כִּרְת֤וּ זוֹרֵ֙עַ֙ מִבָּבֶ֔ל וְתֹפֵ֥שׂ מַגָּ֖ל בְּעֵ֣ת קָצִ֑יר מִפְּנֵי֙ חֶ֣רֶב הַיּוֹנָ֔ה אִ֤ישׁ אֶל־ עַמּוֹ֙ יִפְנ֔וּ וְאִ֥ישׁ לְאַרְצ֖וֹ יָנֻֽסוּ׃
וְתֵרֶ֤א אֹיַ֙בְתִּי֙ וּתְכַסֶּ֣הָ בוּשָׁ֔ה הָאֹמְרָ֣ה אֵלַ֔י אַיּ֖וֹ יְהוָ֣ה אֱלֹהָ֑יִךְ עֵינַי֙ תִּרְאֶ֣ינָּה בָּ֔הּ עַתָּ֛ה תִּֽהְיֶ֥ה לְמִרְמָ֖ס כְּטִ֥יט חוּצֽוֹת׃
וְהָיָ֤ה חֵילָם֙ לִמְשִׁסָּ֔ה וּבָתֵּיהֶ֖ם לִשְׁמָמָ֑ה וּבָנ֤וּ בָתִּים֙ וְלֹ֣א יֵשֵׁ֔בוּ וְנָטְע֣וּ כְרָמִ֔ים וְלֹ֥א יִשְׁתּ֖וּ אֶת־ יֵינָֽם׃
לְכוּ־ נָ֛א וְנִוָּֽכְחָ֖ה יֹאמַ֣ר יְהוָ֑ה אִם־ יִֽהְי֨וּ חֲטָאֵיכֶ֤ם כַּשָּׁנִים֙ כַּשֶּׁ֣לֶג יַלְבִּ֔ינוּ אִם־ יַאְדִּ֥ימוּ כַתּוֹלָ֖ע כַּצֶּ֥מֶר יִהְיֽוּ׃
Saying, Give me also this power, that on whomsoever I lay hands, he may receive the Holy Ghost.
And the prophets shall become wind, and the word is not in them: thus shall it be done unto them.
Who by the mouth of thy servant David hast said, Why did the heathen rage, and the people imagine vain things?
He shall neither have son nor nephew among his people, nor any remaining in his dwellings.
Then all the congregation answered and said with a loud voice, As thou hast said, so must we do.
Have pity upon me, have pity upon me, O ye my friends; for the hand of God hath touched me.
My son, despise not the chastening of the LORD; neither be weary of his correction:
Cretes and Arabians, we do hear them speak in our tongues the wonderful works of God.
For what have I to do to judge them also that are without? do not ye judge them that are within?
And when thou sendest him out free from thee, thou shalt not let him go away empty:
And the golden altar, and the anointing oil, and the sweet incense, and the hanging for the tabernacle door,
