וְהָרָעָ֖ב כָּבֵ֥ד בָּאָֽרֶץ׃
עֵ֤ת לַהֲרוֹג֙ וְעֵ֣ת לִרְפּ֔וֹא עֵ֥ת לִפְר֖וֹץ וְעֵ֥ת לִבְנֽוֹת׃
But to the land whereunto they desire to return, thither shall they not return.
Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;
Thou hast set all the borders of the earth: thou hast made summer and winter.
But they said, Not on the feast day, lest there be an uproar of the people.
And again, Praise the Lord, all ye Gentiles; and laud him, all ye people.
His children are far from safety, and they are crushed in the gate, neither is there any to deliver them.
And the sons of Noah, that went forth of the ark, were Shem, and Ham, and Japheth: and Ham is the father of Canaan.
Beasts, and all cattle; creeping things, and flying fowl:
And it shall come to pass in that day, that the light shall not be clear, nor dark:

vibhraaja~n jyotiSaa sva\r agacho rocanaM divaH
puurvaam anu pra disham paarthivaanaam Rtuun prashaasad vi dadhaav anuSThu
tvaM tam indra vaavRdhaano asmayur amitrayantaM tuvijaata martyaM vajreNa shuura martyam
yaded adeviir asahiSTa maayaa athaabhavat kevalaH somo asya
maa no vadhair varuNa ye ta iSTaav enaH kRNvantam asura bhriiNanti
rakSaa ca no maghonaH paahi suuriin raaye ca naH svapatyaa iSe dhaaH
anuunam agnim purudhaa sushcandraM devasya marmRjatash caaru cakSuH
ὀτρύνουσʼ ἰέναι Διὸς ἄγγελος· οἳ δʼ ἀγέροντο.
αὐτοῦ μιν κατέρυκε, δίδου δʼ ὅ γε θυγατέρα ἥν,
αὐτοῦ μιν κατέρυκε, δίδου δʼ ὅ γε θυγατέρα ἥν·
ذَلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ كَرِهُوا مَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ فَأَحْبَطَ أَعْمَالَهُمْ
رَبَّنَا آتِهِمْ ضِعْفَيْنِ مِنَ الْعَذَابِ وَالْعَنْهُمْ لَعْنًا كَبِيرًا
فَلَا أُقْسِمُ بِرَبِّ الْمَشَارِقِ وَالْمَغَارِبِ إِنَّا لَقَادِرُونَ
إِذْ قَالَ لِأَبِيهِ وَقَوْمِهِ مَاذَا تَعْبُدُونَ
مَنْ ذَا الَّذِي يُقْرِضُ اللَّهَ قَرْضًا حَسَنًا فَيُضَاعِفَهُ لَهُ وَلَهُ أَجْرٌ كَرِيمٌ
