ק֥וֹל מִלְחָמָ֖ה בָּאָ֑רֶץ וְשֶׁ֖בֶר גָּדֽוֹל׃
וַיַּרְאֵ֣נִי יְהוָ֔ה אַרְבָּעָ֖ה חָרָשִֽׁים׃
אֲשֶׁר־ שָׁ֭ם צִפֳּרִ֣ים יְקַנֵּ֑נוּ חֲ֝סִידָ֗ה בְּרוֹשִׁ֥ים בֵּיתָֽהּ׃
יָשֵׂ֣ם נְהָר֣וֹת לְמִדְבָּ֑ר וּמֹצָ֥אֵי מַ֝֗יִם לְצִמָּאֽוֹן׃
He cutteth out rivers among the rocks; and his eye seeth every precious thing.
Of a truth, LORD, the kings of Assyria have destroyed the nations and their lands,
And gathered them out of the lands, from the east, and from the west, from the north, and from the south.
And there was in their synagogue a man with an unclean spirit; and he cried out,
Therefore they that were scattered abroad went every where preaching the word.
If a man shall steal an ox, or a sheep, and kill it, or sell it; he shall restore five oxen for an ox, and four sheep for a sheep.
For ye may all prophesy one by one, that all may learn, and all may be comforted.

hantaa yo vRtraM sanitota vaajaM daataa maghaani maghavaa suraadhaaH
gavyaa vastreva vaasayanta in naro nir dhukSan vakSaNaabhyaH
indraH su puuSaa vRSaNaa suhastaa divo na priitaaH shashayaM duduhre
ὦ γέρον οὔ νύ τι σοί γε μέλει κακόν, οἷον ἔθʼ εὕδεις
وَزُخْرُفًا وَإِنْ كُلُّ ذَلِكَ لَمَّا مَتَاعُ الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةُ عِنْدَ رَبِّكَ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ
قُلْ يَا أَهْلَ الْكِتَابِ لِمَ تَكْفُرُونَ بِآيَاتِ اللَّهِ وَاللَّهُ شَهِيدٌ عَلَى مَا تَعْمَلُونَ
أُذِنَ لِلَّذِينَ يُقَاتَلُونَ بِأَنَّهُمْ ظُلِمُوا وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلَى نَصْرِهِمْ لَقَدِيرٌ
