וְאֵ֛לֶּה מִסְפַּ֥ר הַגִּבֹּרִ֖ים אֲשֶׁ֣ר לְדָוִ֑יד יָשָׁבְעָ֣ם בֶּן־ חַכְמוֹנִ֗י רֹ֚אשׁ השלושים הַשָּׁ֣לִישִׁ֔ים הֽוּא־ עוֹרֵ֧ר אֶת־ חֲנִית֛וֹ עַל־ שְׁלֹשׁ־ מֵא֥וֹת חָלָ֖ל בְּפַ֥עַם אֶחָֽת׃
For the LORD thy God bringeth thee into a good land, a land of brooks of water, of fountains and depths that spring out of valleys and hills;
That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts;
Hide me from the secret counsel of the wicked; from the insurrection of the workers of iniquity:
And the anger of the LORD was hot against Israel; and he said, Because that this people hath transgressed my covenant which I commanded their fathers, and have not hearkened unto my voice;
And they told the king, saying, Behold Nathan the prophet. And when he was come in before the king, he bowed himself before the king with his face to the ground.
