וַיֹּ֨אמֶר יְהוָ֜ה אֵלַ֗י אֶל־ תָּ֙צַר֙ אֶת־ מוֹאָ֔ב וְאַל־ תִּתְגָּ֥ר בָּ֖ם מִלְחָמָ֑ה כִּ֠י לֹֽא־ אֶתֵּ֨ן לְךָ֤ מֵֽאַרְצוֹ֙ יְרֻשָּׁ֔ה כִּ֣י לִבְנֵי־ ל֔וֹט נָתַ֥תִּי אֶת־ עָ֖ר יְרֻשָּֽׁה׃
And he took Agag the king of the Amalekites alive, and utterly destroyed all the people with the edge of the sword.
So also made he for the door of the temple posts of olive tree, a fourth part of the wall.
And he went out, and followed him; and wist not that it was true which was done by the angel; but thought he saw a vision.
And with thee will I break in pieces the horse and his rider; and with thee will I break in pieces the chariot and his rider;
And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing:
μακάριος ὁ ἀναγινώσκων καὶ οἱ ἀκούοντες τοὺς λόγους τῆς προφητείας καὶ τηροῦντες τὰ ἐν αὐτῇ γεγραμμένα, ὁ γὰρ καιρὸς ἐγγύς.
