קַ֥מְתִּֽי אֲנִ֖י לִפְתֹּ֣חַ לְדוֹדִ֑י וְיָדַ֣י נָֽטְפוּ־ מ֗וֹר וְאֶצְבְּעֹתַי֙ מ֣וֹר עֹבֵ֔ר עַ֖ל כַּפּ֥וֹת הַמַּנְעֽוּל׃
וַיִּֽשְׁפְּכ֨וּ דָ֪ם נָקִ֡י דַּם־ בְּנֵ֘יהֶ֤ם וּֽבְנוֹתֵיהֶ֗ם אֲשֶׁ֣ר זִ֭בְּחוּ לַעֲצַבֵּ֣י כְנָ֑עַן וַתֶּחֱנַ֥ף הָ֝אָ֗רֶץ בַּדָּמִֽים׃
וַיֹּאמְר֤וּ אִֽישׁ־ יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ אֶל־ גִּדְע֔וֹן מְשָׁל־ בָּ֙נוּ֙ גַּם־ אַתָּ֔ה גַּם־ בִּנְךָ֖ גַּ֣ם בֶּן־ בְּנֶ֑ךָ כִּ֥י הוֹשַׁעְתָּ֖נוּ מִיַּ֥ד מִדְיָֽן׃
וְהָיָה֙ בַּיּ֣וֹם הַה֔וּא שֹׁ֣רֶשׁ יִשַׁ֗י אֲשֶׁ֤ר עֹמֵד֙ לְנֵ֣ס עַמִּ֔ים אֵלָ֖יו גּוֹיִ֣ם יִדְרֹ֑שׁוּ וְהָיְתָ֥ה מְנֻחָת֖וֹ כָּבֽוֹד׃
וְעָשָׂ֣ה לַפָּ֔ר כַּאֲשֶׁ֤ר עָשָׂה֙ לְפַ֣ר הַֽחַטָּ֔את כֵּ֖ן יַעֲשֶׂה־ לּ֑וֹ וְכִפֶּ֧ר עֲלֵהֶ֛ם הַכֹּהֵ֖ן וְנִסְלַ֥ח לָהֶֽם׃
וְנָתַתָּ֧ אֶת־ הַכַּפֹּ֛רֶת עַל־ הָאָרֹ֖ן מִלְמָ֑עְלָה וְאֶל־ הָ֣אָרֹ֔ן תִּתֵּן֙ אֶת־ הָ֣עֵדֻ֔ת אֲשֶׁ֥ר אֶתֵּ֖ן אֵלֶֽיךָ׃
וַיֹּ֨אמֶר דָּוִ֜ד אֶל־ אוּרִיָּ֗ה שֵׁ֥ב בָּזֶּ֛ה גַּם־ הַיּ֖וֹם וּמָחָ֣ר אֲשַׁלְּחֶ֑ךָּ וַיֵּ֨שֶׁב אוּרִיָּ֧ה בִירוּשָׁלַ֛͏ִם בַּיּ֥וֹם הַה֖וּא וּמִֽמָּחֳרָֽת׃
וְשָׂמַחְתָּ֖ בְּחַגֶּ֑ךָ אַתָּ֨ה וּבִנְךָ֤ וּבִתֶּ֙ךָ֙ וְעַבְדְּךָ֣ וַאֲמָתֶ֔ךָ וְהַלֵּוִ֗י וְהַגֵּ֛ר וְהַיָּת֥וֹם וְהָאַלְמָנָ֖ה אֲשֶׁ֥ר בִּשְׁעָרֶֽיךָ׃
לֹ֤א אֶֽעֱשֶׂה֙ חֲר֣וֹן אַפִּ֔י לֹ֥א אָשׁ֖וּב לְשַׁחֵ֣ת אֶפְרָ֑יִם כִּ֣י אֵ֤ל אָֽנֹכִי֙ וְלֹא־ אִ֔ישׁ בְּקִרְבְּךָ֣ קָד֔וֹשׁ וְלֹ֥א אָב֖וֹא בְּעִֽיר׃
וּשְׁנֵיהֶ֤ם הַמְּלָכִים֙ לְבָבָ֣ם לְמֵרָ֔ע וְעַל־ שֻׁלְחָ֥ן אֶחָ֖ד כָּזָ֣ב יְדַבֵּ֑רוּ וְלֹ֣א תִצְלָ֔ח כִּי־ ע֥וֹד קֵ֖ץ לַמּוֹעֵֽד׃
וֽ͏ַיְהִי־ רִ֗יב בֵּ֚ין רֹעֵ֣י מִקְנֵֽה־ אַבְרָ֔ם וּבֵ֖ין רֹעֵ֣י מִקְנֵה־ ל֑וֹט וְהַֽכְּנַעֲנִי֙ וְהַפְּרִזִּ֔י אָ֖ז יֹשֵׁ֥ב בָּאָֽרֶץ׃
וְאֵ֗ת כָּל־ רָעַת֙ אַנְשֵׁ֣י שְׁכֶ֔ם הֵשִׁ֥יב אֱלֹהִ֖ים בְּרֹאשָׁ֑ם וַתָּבֹ֣א אֲלֵיהֶ֔ם קִֽלֲלַ֖ת יוֹתָ֥ם בֶּן־ יְרֻבָּֽעַל׃
הִשָּֽׁמְר֣וּ לָכֶ֔ם פֶּ֥ן יִפְתֶּ֖ה לְבַבְכֶ֑ם וְסַרְתֶּ֗ם וַעֲבַדְתֶּם֙ אֱלֹהִ֣ים אֲחֵרִ֔ים וְהִשְׁתַּחֲוִיתֶ֖ם לָהֶֽם׃
בִּ֣י נִשְׁבַּ֔עְתִּי יָצָ֨א מִפִּ֧י צְדָקָ֛ה דָּבָ֖ר וְלֹ֣א יָשׁ֑וּב כִּי־ לִי֙ תִּכְרַ֣ע כָּל־ בֶּ֔רֶךְ תִּשָּׁבַ֖ע כָּל־ לָשֽׁוֹן׃
וַתִּקְרְב֥וּן וַתַּֽעַמְד֖וּן תַּ֣חַת הָהָ֑ר וְהָהָ֞ר בֹּעֵ֤ר בָּאֵשׁ֙ עַד־ לֵ֣ב הַשָּׁמַ֔יִם חֹ֖שֶׁךְ עָנָ֥ן וַעֲרָפֶֽל׃
וְעַתָּ֗ה שָׂ֣א נָ֤א חַטָּאתִי֙ אַ֣ךְ הַפַּ֔עַם וְהַעְתִּ֖ירוּ לַיהוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֵיכֶ֑ם וְיָסֵר֙ מֵֽעָלַ֔י רַ֖ק אֶת־ הַמָּ֥וֶת הַזֶּֽה׃
אַתָּ֣ה תְדַבֵּ֔ר אֵ֖ת כָּל־ אֲשֶׁ֣ר אֲצַוֶּ֑ךָּ וְאַהֲרֹ֤ן אָחִ֙יךָ֙ יְדַבֵּ֣ר אֶל־ פַּרְעֹ֔ה וְשִׁלַּ֥ח אֶת־ בְּנֵֽי־ יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל מֵאַרְצֽוֹ׃
וּבַרְזִלַּי֙ זָקֵ֣ן מְאֹ֔ד בֶּן־ שְׁמֹנִ֖ים שָׁנָ֑ה וְהֽוּא־ כִלְכַּ֤ל אֶת־ הַמֶּ֙לֶךְ֙ בְּשִׁיבָת֣וֹ בְמַחֲנַ֔יִם כִּֽי־ אִ֛ישׁ גָּד֥וֹל ה֖וּא מְאֹֽד׃
מִדַּ֣ם חֲלָלִ֗ים מֵחֵ֙לֶב֙ גִּבּוֹרִ֔ים קֶ֚שֶׁת יְה֣וֹנָתָ֔ן לֹ֥א נָשׂ֖וֹג אָח֑וֹר וְחֶ֣רֶב שָׁא֔וּל לֹ֥א תָשׁ֖וּב רֵיקָֽם׃
כִּ֣י כֻלָּ֗ם מְיָֽרְאִ֤ים אוֹתָ֙נוּ֙ לֵאמֹ֔ר יִרְפּ֧וּ יְדֵיהֶ֛ם מִן־ הַמְּלָאכָ֖ה וְלֹ֣א תֵעָשֶׂ֑ה וְעַתָּ֖ה חַזֵּ֥ק אֶת־ יָדָֽי׃
וְעָבְד֤וּ אֹתוֹ֙ כָּל־ הַגּוֹיִ֔ם וְאֶת־ בְּנ֖וֹ וְאֶֽת־ בֶּן־ בְּנ֑וֹ עַ֣ד בֹּא־ עֵ֤ת אַרְצוֹ֙ גַּם־ ה֔וּא וְעָ֤בְדוּ בוֹ֙ גּוֹיִ֣ם רַבִּ֔ים וּמְלָכִ֖ים גְּדֹלִֽים׃
וַיַּ֤עַן עָמוֹס֙ וַיֹּ֣אמֶר אֶל־ אֲמַצְיָ֔ה לֹא־ נָבִ֣יא אָנֹ֔כִי וְלֹ֥א בֶן־ נָבִ֖יא אָנֹ֑כִי כִּֽי־ בוֹקֵ֥ר אָנֹ֖כִי וּבוֹלֵ֥ס שִׁקְמִֽים׃
וַיִּקְח֞וּ כָּל־ עַ֤ם יְהוּדָה֙ אֶת־ עֲזַרְיָ֔ה וְה֕וּא בֶּן־ שֵׁ֥שׁ עֶשְׂרֵ֖ה שָׁנָ֑ה וַיַּמְלִ֣כוּ אֹת֔וֹ תַּ֖חַת אָבִ֥יו אֲמַצְיָֽהוּ׃
כִּ֤י מִירֽוּשָׁלִַ֙ם֙ תֵּצֵ֣א שְׁאֵרִ֔ית וּפְלֵיטָ֖ה מֵהַ֣ר צִיּ֑וֹן קִנְאַ֛ת יְהוָ֥ה צְבָא֖וֹת תַּֽעֲשֶׂה־ זֹּֽאת׃
וַאֲמַרְתֶּ֗ם כֹּ֚ה אָמַ֣ר הַמֶּ֔לֶךְ שִׂ֥ימוּ זֶ֖ה בֵּ֣ית הַכֶּ֑לֶא וְהַאֲכִלֻ֜הוּ לֶ֤חֶם לַ֙חַץ֙ וּמַ֣יִם לַ֔חַץ עַ֖ד שׁוּבִ֥י בְשָׁלֽוֹם׃
כִּ֤י מִירוּשָׁלִַ֙ם֙ תֵּצֵ֣א שְׁאֵרִ֔ית וּפְלֵיטָ֖ה מֵהַ֣ר צִיּ֑וֹן קִנְאַ֛ת יְהוָ֥ה צְבָא֖וֹת תַּֽעֲשֶׂה־ זֹּֽאת׃
וְדָרַשְׁתָּ֧ וְחָקַרְתָּ֧ וְשָׁאַלְתָּ֖ הֵיטֵ֑ב וְהִנֵּ֤ה אֱמֶת֙ נָכ֣וֹן הַדָּבָ֔ר נֶעֶשְׂתָ֛ה הַתּוֹעֵבָ֥ה הַזֹּ֖את בְּקִרְבֶּֽךָ׃
And the children of Israel spake unto Moses, saying, Behold, we die, we perish, we all perish.
If I covered my transgressions as Adam, by hiding mine iniquity in my bosom:
But it shall be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon at the judgment, than for you.
For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.
Thou, O LORD, remainest for ever; thy throne from generation to generation.
And the angel that talked with me came again, and waked me, as a man that is wakened out of his sleep.
But straightway Jesus spake unto them, saying, Be of good cheer; it is I; be not afraid.
And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.
Thou shalt not wear a garment of divers sorts, as of woollen and linen together.
But the chief priests moved the people, that he should rather release Barabbas unto them.
Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?
Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery:
And the prince of the tribe of the children of Zebulun, Elizaphan the son of Parnach.
And the king said, Divide the living child in two, and give half to the one, and half to the other.
His branches shall spread, and his beauty shall be as the olive tree, and his smell as Lebanon.
And I will execute vengeance in anger and fury upon the heathen, such as they have not heard.
taas te kSarantu madhumad ghRtam payas tava vrate soma tiSThantu kRSTayaH
saakaM suuryasya rashmibhiH shukraiH shocadbhir arcibhiH sujaate ashvasuunRte
praataa ratnam praataritvaa dadhaati taM cikitvaan pratigRhyaa ni dhatte
सहजं कर्म कौन्तेय सदोषमपि न त्यजेत् । सर्वारम्भा हि दोषेण धूमेनाग्निरिवावृताः
ἐκ φυλῆς Συμεὼν δώδεκα χιλιάδες, ἐκ φυλῆς Λευὶ δώδεκα χιλιάδες, ἐκ φυλῆς Ἰσσαχὰρ δώδεκα χιλιάδες,
ἀληθῶς λέγω ὑμῖν ὅτι ἐπὶ πᾶσιν τοῖς ὑπάρχουσιν αὐτοῦ καταστήσει αὐτόν.
وَحَرَّمْنَا عَلَيْهِ الْمَرَاضِعَ مِنْ قَبْلُ فَقَالَتْ هَلْ أَدُلُّكُمْ عَلَى أَهْلِ بَيْتٍ يَكْفُلُونَهُ لَكُمْ وَهُمْ لَهُ نَاصِحُونَ
