כִּֽי־ דָבָ֤ר אֵלַי֙ בִּדְבַ֣ר יְהוָ֔ה לֹֽא־ תֹאכַ֣ל לֶ֔חֶם וְלֹֽא־ תִשְׁתֶּ֥ה שָׁ֖ם מָ֑יִם לֹא־ תָשׁ֣וּב לָלֶ֔כֶת בַּדֶּ֖רֶךְ אֲשֶׁר־ הָלַ֥כְתָּ בָּֽהּ׃
וַתֹּ֤אמֶר דְּלִילָה֙ אֶל־ שִׁמְשׁ֔וֹן הַגִּֽידָה־ נָּ֣א לִ֔י בַּמֶּ֖ה כֹּחֲךָ֣ גָד֑וֹל וּבַמֶּ֥ה תֵאָסֵ֖ר לְעַנּוֹתֶֽךָ׃
וְאִתָּ֖נוּ תֵּשֵׁ֑בוּ וְהָאָ֙רֶץ֙ תִּהְיֶ֣ה לִפְנֵיכֶ֔ם שְׁבוּ֙ וּסְחָר֔וּהָ וְהֵֽאָחֲז֖וּ בָּֽהּ׃
And he reasoned in the synagogue every sabbath, and persuaded the Jews and the Greeks.
And every wise hearted among you shall come, and make all that the LORD hath commanded;
And Balak the son of Zippor saw all that Israel had done to the Amorites.
Or speak to the earth, and it shall teach thee: and the fishes of the sea shall declare unto thee.
And Esau said, I have enough, my brother; keep that thou hast unto thyself.
That he that escapeth in that day shall come unto thee, to cause thee to hear it with thine ears?

shuuro na dhatta aayudhaa gabhastyoH sva\H siSaasan rathiro gaviSTiSu
prati vaaM suura udite suuktair mitraM huve varuNam puutadakSam
evaagnir martaiH saha suuribhir vasu STave sahasaH suunaro nRbhiH
yudhaa yudham upa ghed eSi dhRSNuyaa puraa puraM sam idaM haMsy ojasaa
divo ya skambho dharuNaH svaaaa\tata aapuurNo aMshuH paryeti vishvataH
dhenur na vatsam payasaabhi vajriNam indram indavo madhumanta uurmayaH
ἱκανὸν τῷ τοιούτῳ ἡ ἐπιτιμία αὕτη ἡ ὑπὸ τῶν πλειόνων,
τίς γάρ σε διακρίνει; τί δὲ ἔχεις ὃ οὐκ ἔλαβες; εἰ δὲ καὶ ἔλαβες, τί καυχᾶσαι ὡς μὴ λαβών;
Μὴ ταρασσέσθω ὑμῶν ἡ καρδία· πιστεύετε εἰς τὸν θεόν, καὶ εἰς ἐμὲ πιστεύετε.
ἀναστάντες δὲ οἱ νεώτεροι συνέστειλαν αὐτὸν καὶ ἐξενέγκαντες ἔθαψαν.
الَّذِي أَحَلَّنَا دَارَ الْمُقَامَةِ مِنْ فَضْلِهِ لَا يَمَسُّنَا فِيهَا نَصَبٌ وَلَا يَمَسُّنَا فِيهَا لُغُوبٌ
فَأَخَذْنَاهُ وَجُنُودَهُ فَنَبَذْنَاهُمْ فِي الْيَمِّ فَانْظُرْ كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الظَّالِمِينَ
قُلْ أَئِنَّكُمْ لَتَكْفُرُونَ بِالَّذِي خَلَقَ الْأَرْضَ فِي يَوْمَيْنِ وَتَجْعَلُونَ لَهُ أَنْدَادًا ذَلِكَ رَبُّ الْعَالَمِينَ
وَتَرَى كَثِيرًا مِنْهُمْ يُسَارِعُونَ فِي الْإِثْمِ وَالْعُدْوَانِ وَأَكْلِهِمُ السُّحْتَ لَبِئْسَ مَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ
