הִֽ֭תְהַלְלוּ בְּשֵׁ֣ם קָדְשׁ֑וֹ יִ֝שְׂמַ֗ח לֵ֤ב ׀ מְבַקְשֵׁ֬י יְהוָֽה׃

Τυδεΐδῃ μιν ἔγωγε δαΐφρονι πάντα ἐΐσκω,
ἔστη παπτήνασʼ ἐπὶ τείχεϊ, τὸν δὲ νόησεν
μυελὸν οἶον ἔδεσκε καὶ οἰῶν πίονα δημόν·
Πηλεΐδης δʼ αἶψʼ ἄλλα κατὰ τρίτα θῆκεν ἄεθλα
μίσγεσθʼ· οὐ γάρ μοι δηρὸν βέῃ, ἀλλά τοι ἤδη
ἀλλʼ ὅτε δή ῥʼ ἐκ τοῖο δυωδεκάτη γένετʼ ἠώς,
νῦν τις ἐνηείης Πατροκλῆος δειλοῖο
ἀντίον ἐλθέμεναι Μενελάου κυδαλίμοιο.
Ἀτρεΐδη νῦν δή που Ἀχιλλῆος ὀλοὸν κῆρ
πὰρ Διὸς αἰγιόχοιο σὺν ἀγγελίῃ ἀλεγεινῇ·
قَالَ مَوْعِدُكُمْ يَوْمُ الزِّينَةِ وَأَنْ يُحْشَرَ النَّاسُ ضُحًى
إِلَّا مَنْ ظَلَمَ ثُمَّ بَدَّلَ حُسْنًا بَعْدَ سُوءٍ فَإِنِّي غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ
سَرَابِيلُهُمْ مِنْ قَطِرَانٍ وَتَغْشَى وُجُوهَهُمُ النَّارُ
