כִּֽי־ קֵרְב֧וּ כַתַּנּ֛וּר לִבָּ֖ם בְּאָרְבָּ֑ם כָּל־ הַלַּ֙יְלָה֙ יָשֵׁ֣ן אֹֽפֵהֶ֔ם בֹּ֕קֶר ה֥וּא בֹעֵ֖ר כְּאֵ֥שׁ לֶהָבָֽה׃
וּשְׂג֖וּב הוֹלִ֣יד אֶת־ יָאִ֑יר וַֽיְהִי־ ל֗וֹ עֶשְׂרִ֤ים וְשָׁלוֹשׁ֙ עָרִ֔ים בְּאֶ֖רֶץ הַגִּלְעָֽד׃
אַ֗ךְ יַ֚ד אֲחִיקָ֣ם בֶּן־ שָׁפָ֔ן הָיְתָ֖ה אֶֽת־ יִרְמְיָ֑הוּ לְבִלְתִּ֛י תֵּת־ אֹת֥וֹ בְיַד־ הָעָ֖ם לַהֲמִיתֽוֹ׃
וַיֹּ֤אמֶר אֵלָיו֙ אַבְשָׁל֔וֹם רְאֵ֥ה דְבָרֶ֖ךָ טוֹבִ֣ים וּנְכֹחִ֑ים וְשֹׁמֵ֥עַ אֵין־ לְךָ֖ מֵאֵ֥ת הַמֶּֽלֶךְ׃
וְהַיָּמִ֗ים אֲשֶׁ֨ר מָלַ֤ךְ יֵהוּא֙ עַל־ יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל עֶשְׂרִ֥ים וּשְׁמֹנֶֽה־ שָׁנָ֖ה בְּשֹׁמְרֽוֹן׃
וְהַשֹּׁעֲרִים֙ שַׁלּ֣וּם וְעַקּ֔וּב וְטַלְמֹ֖ן וַאֲחִימָ֑ן וַאֲחִיהֶ֥ם שַׁלּ֖וּם הָרֹֽאשׁ׃
וַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙ אֵֽלִיָּ֔הוּ חַ֚י יְהוָ֣ה צְבָא֔וֹת אֲשֶׁ֥ר עָמַ֖דְתִּי לְפָנָ֑יו כִּ֥י הַיּ֖וֹם אֵרָאֶ֥ה אֵלָֽיו׃
וַיָּשִׂ֣ימוּ לָהֶ֔ם אֶת־ פֶּ֥סֶל מִיכָ֖ה אֲשֶׁ֣ר עָשָׂ֑ה כָּל־ יְמֵ֛י הֱי֥וֹת בֵּית־ הָאֱלֹהִ֖ים בְּשִׁלֹֽה׃
בֶּן־ אָדָ֗ם שִׂ֤ים פָּנֶ֙יךָ֙ אֶל־ יְר֣וּשָׁלִַ֔ם וְהַטֵּ֖ף אֶל־ מִקְדָּשִׁ֑ים וְהִנָּבֵ֖א אֶל־ אַדְמַ֥ת יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃
וַיַּ֛עַשׂ שְׁנֵ֥י כְרֻבִ֖ים זָהָ֑ב מִקְשָׁה֙ עָשָׂ֣ה אֹתָ֔ם מִשְּׁנֵ֖י קְצ֥וֹת הַכַּפֹּֽרֶת׃

yad indraagnii madathaH sve duroNe yad brahmaNi raajani vaa yajatraa

sa ghaa no devaH savitaa sahaavaa saaviSad vasupatir vasuuni

ὣς φάτο, τοῦ δʼ αὐτοῦ λύτο γούνατα καὶ φίλον ἦτορ·
καλά, τά ῥʼ αὐτὸς ἔτευξε σὺν ἀνδράσιν οἳ τότʼ ἄριστοι
Ταῦτα δὲ αὐτῶν λαλούντων ⸀αὐτὸς ἔστη ἐν μέσῳ ⸀αὐτῶν.
وَمَا كُنْتَ تَتْلُو مِنْ قَبْلِهِ مِنْ كِتَابٍ وَلَا تَخُطُّهُ بِيَمِينِكَ إِذًا لَارْتَابَ الْمُبْطِلُونَ
اذْهَبُوا بِقَمِيصِي هَذَا فَأَلْقُوهُ عَلَى وَجْهِ أَبِي يَأْتِ بَصِيرًا وَأْتُونِي بِأَهْلِكُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ
إِنَّمَا ذَلِكُمُ الشَّيْطَانُ يُخَوِّفُ أَوْلِيَاءَهُ فَلَا تَخَافُوهُمْ وَخَافُونِ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ مُؤْمِنِينَ
يَوْمَ يَجْمَعُ اللَّهُ الرُّسُلَ فَيَقُولُ مَاذَا أُجِبْتُمْ قَالُوا لَا عِلْمَ لَنَا إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ عَلَّامُ الْغُيُوبِ
