וַיֹּ֣אמֶר אֵלַ֔י מָ֥ה אַתָּ֖ה רֹאֶ֑ה וָאֹמַ֗ר אֲנִ֤י רֹאֶה֙ מְגִלָּ֣ה עָפָ֔ה אָרְכָּהּ֙ עֶשְׂרִ֣ים בָּֽאַמָּ֔ה וְרָחְבָּ֖הּ עֶ֥שֶׂר בָּאַמָּֽה׃
עָזִּ֤י וְזִמְרָת֙ יָ֔הּ וַֽיְהִי־ לִ֖י לִֽישׁוּעָ֑ה זֶ֤ה אֵלִי֙ וְאַנְוֵ֔הוּ אֱלֹהֵ֥י אָבִ֖י וַאֲרֹמְמֶֽנְהוּ׃
וַיֹּ֤אמֶר שְׁלֹמֹה֙ לֵֽאלֹהִ֔ים אַתָּ֗ה עָשִׂ֛יתָ עִם־ דָּוִ֥יד אָבִ֖י חֶ֣סֶד גָּד֑וֹל וְהִמְלַכְתַּ֖נִי תַּחְתָּֽיו׃
וַיִּבְרַ֣ח אֲדַ֡ד הוּא֩ וַאֲנָשִׁ֨ים אֲדֹמִיִּ֜ים מֵעַבְדֵ֥י אָבִ֛יו אִתּ֖וֹ לָב֣וֹא מִצְרָ֑יִם וַהֲדַ֖ד נַ֥עַר קָטָֽן׃
וּשְׁאָר֙ חֵֽיוָתָ֔א הֶעְדִּ֖יו שָׁלְטָנְה֑וֹן וְאַרְכָ֧ה בְחַיִּ֛ין יְהִ֥יבַת לְה֖וֹן עַד־ זְמַ֥ן וְעִדָּֽן׃
וַֽיהוָ֞ה ה֣וּא ׀ הַהֹלֵ֣ךְ לְפָנֶ֗יךָ ה֚וּא יִהְיֶ֣ה עִמָּ֔ךְ לֹ֥א יַרְפְּךָ֖ וְלֹ֣א יַֽעַזְבֶ֑ךָּ לֹ֥א תִירָ֖א וְלֹ֥א תֵחָֽת׃
בָּנִ֣ים אַתֶּ֔ם לַֽיהוָ֖ה אֱלֹהֵיכֶ֑ם לֹ֣א תִתְגֹּֽדְד֗וּ וְלֹֽא־ תָשִׂ֧ימוּ קָרְחָ֛ה בֵּ֥ין עֵינֵיכֶ֖ם לָמֵֽת׃
וְנָסַ֧ב הַגְּב֛וּל מֵעַצְמ֖וֹן נַ֣חְלָה מִצְרָ֑יִם וְהָי֥וּ תוֹצְאֹתָ֖יו הַיָּֽמָּה׃
Let the people praise thee, O God; let all the people praise thee.

aa kiivataH salaluukaM cakartha brahmadviSe tapuSiM hetim asya
prati va enaa namasaaham emi suuktena bhikSe sumatiM turaaNaam
upo venasya joguvaana oNiM sadyo bhuvad viiryaaaa\ya nodhaaH
dhaataa rayim avidasyaM sadaasaaM sakSiimahi yujyebhir nu devaiH
pavasva devamaadano vicarSaNir apsaa indraaya varuNaaya vaayave
maa te bhayaM jaritaaraM yaviSTha nuunaM vidan maaparaM sahasvaH
taa jihvayaa sadam edaM sumedhaa aa yad vaaM satyo aratir Rte bhuut
atyaayaahi shashvato vayaM te .araM sutebhiH kRNavaama somaiH
purupriyaa Na uutaye purumandraa puruuvasuu
baadhataaM dveSo abhayaM kRNotu suviiryasya patayaH syaama
atraa yukto\ .avasaataaram ichaad atho ayuktaM yunajad vavanvaan
sa maataraa vicaran vaajayann apaH pra medhiraH svadhayaa pinvate padam
sacanta yad uSasaH suuryeNa citraam asya ketavo raam avindan
aa duroSaaH paastyasya hotaa yo no mahaan saMvaraNeSu vahniH
manmaani dhiibhir uta yaj~nam Rndhan devatraa ca kRNuhy adhvaraM naH
supraketebhiH saasahir dadhaano vidyaameSaM vRjanaM jiiradaanum
asthur janaanaam upa maam araatayo .arvaag avasaa havanashrutaa gatam
yo ashmanor antar agniM jajaana saMvRk samatsu sa janaasa indraH
yaM somam indra pRthiviidyaavaa garbhaM na maataa bibhRtas tvaayaa
τὸν δʼ ἄρʼ ὑπόδρα ἰδὼν προσέφη πολύμητις Ὀδυσσεύς·
