כִּי־ רַבִּ֣ים בִּֽיהוּדָ֗ה בַּעֲלֵ֤י שְׁבוּעָה֙ ל֔וֹ כִּי־ חָתָ֥ן ה֖וּא לִשְׁכַנְיָ֣ה בֶן־ אָרַ֑ח וִֽיהוֹחָנָ֣ן בְּנ֔וֹ לָקַ֕ח אֶת־ בַּת־ מְשֻׁלָּ֖ם בֶּ֥ן בֶּֽרֶכְיָֽה׃
וְגַ֣ם אֶת־ אַחֶיךָ֩ מַטֵּ֨ה לֵוִ֜י שֵׁ֤בֶט אָבִ֙יךָ֙ הַקְרֵ֣ב אִתָּ֔ךְ וְיִלָּו֥וּ עָלֶ֖יךָ וִֽישָׁרְת֑וּךָ וְאַתָּה֙ וּבָנֶ֣יךָ אִתָּ֔ךְ לִפְנֵ֖י אֹ֥הֶל הָעֵדֻֽת׃
וְאֶחָ֖יו לֶֽאֱלִיעֶ֑זֶר רְחַבְיָ֨הוּ בְנ֜וֹ וִֽישַׁעְיָ֤הוּ בְנוֹ֙ וְיֹרָ֣ם בְּנ֔וֹ וְזִכְרִ֥י בְנ֖וֹ ושלמות וּשְׁלֹמִ֥ית בְּנֽוֹ׃
וַהֲקִ֨מֹתִ֜י אֶת־ כִּסֵּ֧א מַֽמְלַכְתְּךָ֛ עַל־ יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל לְעֹלָ֑ם כַּאֲשֶׁ֣ר דִּבַּ֗רְתִּי עַל־ דָּוִ֤ד אָבִ֙יךָ֙ לֵאמֹ֔ר לֹֽא־ יִכָּרֵ֤ת לְךָ֙ אִ֔ישׁ מֵעַ֖ל כִּסֵּ֥א יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃
וַיְהִ֣י ׀ כְּכַלּ֣וֹת דָּוִ֗ד לְדַבֵּ֞ר אֶת־ הַדְּבָרִ֤ים הָאֵ֙לֶּה֙ אֶל־ שָׁא֔וּל וַיֹּ֣אמֶר שָׁא֔וּל הֲקֹלְךָ֥ זֶ֖ה בְּנִ֣י דָוִ֑ד וַיִּשָּׂ֥א שָׁא֛וּל קֹל֖וֹ וַיֵּֽבְךְּ׃
To set up on high those that be low; that those which mourn may be exalted to safety.
Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love.

إِذْ يَقُولُ الْمُنَافِقُونَ وَالَّذِينَ فِي قُلُوبِهِمْ مَرَضٌ غَرَّ هَؤُلَاءِ دِينُهُمْ وَمَنْ يَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى اللَّهِ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌ
